00:00So we've got this U.S.-Saudi strategic defense agreement, an SDA, which has been signed on Tuesday.

00:08And we've also got Saudi Arabia being designated a major non-NATO ally.

00:14What does that change?

00:15Well, I think it strengthens the security cooperation.

00:17And I think what the big story, the back story here is there's a race going on between the United States and China

00:25in three technology areas that I believe are the game changers for the battlefield of the future.

00:31That's artificial intelligence, that's quantum, and that's spectrum.

00:35And I think what President Trump is doing with key allies like Saudi Arabia

00:40is trying to bring them more into the U.S. sphere instead of China.

00:44And that's a lot of what we saw in President Trump's recent trip to Asia as well.

00:49And if you'll notice, a big part of this trip is focusing on artificial intelligence.

00:54In fact, today, the U.S.-Saudi Arabia Business Council is hosting a major meeting at the Kennedy Center today

01:03in Washington, D.C., with U.S. and Saudi businesses.
