00:00Millie, it's great to see you. You found something, luckily it was fine, but it makes you think, doesn't it?

00:06It just makes you think about all the other people who find something that isn't fine.

00:09That's the reason that I wanted to get involved with Copperfield.

00:12When I was waiting for my results, I said to myself, if I get the all clear, I'm going to do everything I can to help.

00:17And I think the really important message is about checking yourself from a young age.

00:21Because I definitely grew up thinking breast cancer only affected women over a certain age

00:27and it wouldn't happen to someone maybe in their 20s or 30s.

00:29And a lot of women on the trek had been diagnosed in their 20s and 30s.

00:34And I think it's about raising awareness for checking yourself from a young age and having that awareness.

00:38Yeah.

00:39It can happen to anyone.

00:40Then you get to know your own body because, you know, everybody's boobs are different.

00:43You know, they are, of course they are.

00:45But it's just knowing what's right for you and what's not quite right.

00:49And never being scared to go and get that check.
