01:02I'll let myself be disappointed by someone.

01:08And I know for a fact how important it is, as a mental health advocate,
01:12to feel those emotions.

01:16she doesn't want to get stuck in a reactive mode.
01:19You can stay in that reactive mode.

01:22But you'll suffer the consequences.

01:24Your stress levels are going to be up the roof.
01:26You're going to become more and more judgmental,
01:28because that's a loop as well.
01:29Instead, Sophie is learning to take a step back,
01:32process her emotions,
01:34and decide how she wants to move forward.
01:37But I think that as we're maturing,
01:38we're trying to be more patient, more tender.
01:43Of course, Sophie is also thinking about her three kids,
01:4618-year-old Xavier,
01:4716-year-old Ella Grace,
01:49and 11-year-old Hadrian.
01:51She shared that even after the split,
01:53she and Justin have been focused on keeping a strong family foundation.
