Over 100 Palestinians have arrived in South Africa under circumstances described as “suspicious” by the government. International relations strategist Zeenat Adam explains the legal framework surrounding their entry, including asylum rules and visitor permits.

The video covers South Africa’s obligations under international law, how Palestinians can apply for asylum or enter as visitors, the role of humanitarian organizations hosting arrivals, and the questions surrounding the authorization of the incoming flight.
