Taiwan's Cabinet Seeks Special Flood Relief Budget Approval

Seeking to alleviate damage from the Matai'an Barrier Lake floods in Hualien County, Taiwan's Cabinet has approved an additional special budget of US$870 million. The Legislature is reviewing the budget.
