00:00so how's bravo country to you it's my first one okay um as soon as i stepped foot out of the car

00:05i was incredibly overwhelmed but like in a good way it's just there's a lot of good energy and

00:10so once i found my footing i've settled in i'm having a great time i'm just a little hungry but

00:14otherwise i'm good any fun run-ins with any housewives so many so many i love the housewives

00:19the ones that i did traders with um so many new ones like i'm just meeting so many incredible

00:25people and i love it i love that i'm meeting these people for the first time here and not on

00:28television it's like kind of the opposite way of doing totally yeah so what was more intimidating

00:33a top chef quick fire or the traders round table traders round table times a million

00:39no question about it what was your strategy going into it um it's kind of hard to have a strategy

00:45because the strategy is you find out what that is when you're amongst all the players because it

00:51changes depending who you're with so there was no strategy i just know that um i'm friendly i will

00:58talk to everybody and i will do my best to observe everything that's going on to make informed

01:02choices i feel like you'll be a very good player i'm very excited to see you well how was the food

01:06in the castle um it was fine it was fine yeah i was fed so grateful for food okay yeah were you

01:12cooking at all no time no no no they wouldn't let me i did burn a piece of toast in the kitchen

01:17in the castle and then i think after that they were like we're done i love that so much who kind of

01:22surprised you the most i know you can't give me too many like obviously secrets or things like that but

01:25who kind of surprised you the most like maybe you had like uh misconceptions going in and they

01:30totally changed your mind i think not surprised in terms of the game but i'm surprised that i

01:35gravitated so heavily and quickly to dorinda and portia um i i just think they're fabulous women

01:41what was it about them that you just love so much energy it's good they're warm they're they they

01:46embraced um i don't know there's just like you can't really put your finger on it but i liked being

01:52around with dorinda on a mission this season because she's like i need to be redeemed everyone's

01:58gonna have to watch and find out try to get any taylor swift tea from mama kelsey no it's too busy

02:03playing the game i think i'm not worried about that no last thing on my mind so did you talk to

02:09anybody before you went into the castle at all because they they say don't talk to like don't

02:13say that you're going on the show like it's you know i follow the rules i didn't say anything and

02:18no i i got no advice or i didn't reach out for any kind of tips or tricks any did you swap any

02:24hosting tips and tricks with alan no no no no no there was no time for that are we so excited for

02:30the upcoming season of top chef i am so excited um top chef is like my it is my favorite job there's

02:36nothing not to love about for two months eating incredible food learning about an incredible new

02:42region of the country um and i'm really looking forward to having people see it in that way
