00:00So I'm Alex Dawson. I'm the owner of One Monarcheep. We've obviously been affected by the flooding where the river has breached at the back to come through the house. We had silky, muddy, horrible water all throughout the house which I've managed to mop back but it's obviously contaminated everything and it's going to be a gut and rip out and redo jobbing.
00:27And yeah we got off quite lightly compared to some but still not what we wanted.
00:33So what's happened is the water's overtopped the flood defence, it's come through the back garden, it's poured through the garage and just displaced everything in the garage.
00:43It's flooded the car, it's flooded through the house, contaminated the new kitchen, it's pretty grim really.
