00:05you know so like i never i think like there's nothing that you can do to separate my identity

00:24broadway you know like literally she was almost like i'm going to have this baby here in the
00:29middle of a snowstorm you know so i was like first mom why were you here like at the restaurant in the
00:35middle of a snowstorm like we live in the bronx it's 91st and broadway you know but you know i think
00:41for me it's like i did go to school for this right but i also did like a reverse and like i never took
00:48my schooling and said like this is why i'm a chef right i went and i worked my way up the ranks right
00:54um and then when i moved to dc i took everything off my resume from new york and worked my way up
01:00the ranks again you know and um i know how to always be a chef not because of the really fun
01:11things and creative things that i make that's the fun part of the job that's like the reward yeah you
