00:00So one of the things that you can actually do in Excel is group out data. For example,
00:09here you can see that I have fruits, vegetables, and beverages. So let's say I want to go ahead
00:14and group them out together so that I can collapse and expand them out. So in that case,
00:18you can select out these rows, let's say for example, and then what you can do is go to the
00:23data tab and then go ahead onto group and group it out. So you can see that I can go ahead and
00:29collapse and expand the screens. Now I can do same for the vegetable as well and group it out right
00:34here and same for the beverage as well. Group it out right here, just like this. So now I can go ahead
00:40and collapse each one of them as you can see right here and expand them out as well. You can simply
00:46go ahead and let's say, for example, select out everything and make a group of them as well. So
00:52you can go ahead and collapse and then go ahead and expand this out as you like, just like this.
00:57So you can go ahead and create multiple groups and subgroups as you want to go ahead and collapse
01:02and expand the data as you like. You can see like there's the level two, level three, level one. You
01:08can go ahead and click on it right here, just like this to go ahead and work around with it. You can
01:13even go ahead and ungroup it out right here, just like this to get the data back as it was. So that is
01:20how you can go ahead and group data to collapse and expand inside of Microsoft Excel. So if you found
