00:25ginanap ang kauna-unahang 2025 Pickleball Intercollegiate League Pilipinas sa kwantong clubhouse alabang sa Las Piñas City.
00:33Nilahukan ito ng kabuang sampung mga ilang kilalang universities and colleges
00:37mula Atteneo de Manila University, University of Santo Tomas, De La Salle University, University of the Philippines,
00:44College of St. Penilde, Lyceum of the Philippines at National University.
00:48At sa naganap na isang buong araw na tanghalan, gumawa ng kasaysayan ng NU Pickleball Team bilang champion ng nasabing torneo.
00:58Sobrang overwhelming po ngayon kasi parang first time, first pickleball tournament namin tapos nanalo pa kami.
01:07Kaya siguro parang sabi nga nila na parang bonus na lang din po kasi gusto namin yung ginagawa namin. Parang ayon po.

01:22na nakiisa sa mga palaro sa ilalim ng College of St. Penilde.
01:26So it's actually really exciting because I'm also looking forward to see Pickleball in NCAA and U-Up.
01:38So yeah, I think this is a great start for College Pickleball.
01:42Ikinetuwa naman ng mga organizers and officials ang matagumpay na paglulunsad ng nasabing torneo na naglalayong palaguin pang sports sa Pilipinas at sa ASAM na maipasok ang sports sa UAAP at NCAA balang araw.
01:58Yes, sobrang happy ako kasi nag-enjoy lahat ng mga participant namin and I think na nakater namin yung expectations nila.
02:11Very, very happy and excited because of the seeing the youth really participate in Pickleball.
02:20When it started, you know, people thought it was really for seniors and the old people.
02:25But now we're seeing young talent coming in and joining the sport, making it really fast and exciting and really proving that it's for all ages.
02:33In Pickleball, it's not just for a certain age group. It's very broad for any age.
02:38It's a really good challenge for the regular sports and the competitive scene here in the Philippines.
02:45So, you know, and these athletes are young, di ba?
02:48So, you can actually see that it's a long-term sport and, you know, here at Quantum, we're just happy to be part of the growth or be maybe the pioneer location for the growth.
