00:05Protesters take to the streets in Charlotte over immigration raids by federal immigration agents.
00:13According to United States Customs and Border Patrol, 81 people have been arrested so far.
00:18However, one altercation has caught national attention.
00:21Willy Asiatuno, a Honduras-born U.S. citizen, tells the Associated Press he was stopped twice by agents.
00:28On the second encounter, agents broke his window and forced him to the ground.
00:31After proving his citizenship, he filed a police report over the broken glass.
00:36Homeland Security says Asiatuno admits to wrongdoing.
00:39On X, the department posted,
00:41During an enforcement operation in Charlotte, this individual became erratic, refused lawful commands,
00:47and had to be removed from his vehicle. DHS law enforcement followed their training to remove him.
00:52Asiatuno later admitted he was trying to distract officers so others could evade the law.
