00:00I think it's really virtually impossible for Donald Trump to win against the BBC. Of course, he can start a court case, but you've then got to have legal merit. You've got to have cogent evidence.
00:14And the programme just wasn't broadcast in America. And for a libel claim to succeed, even in America, harm must occur where the case is brought. So it's hard to argue reputational damage in a jurisdiction where the content wasn't aired.
