05:23charlotte are hanging out and they come to the conclusion that professor dalton is doing illegal
05:28testing on animals and they decide to break into his lab where did that idea even come from
05:34if you come forward now it won't be just you that's affected it'll be emma too and you guys
05:42are adults the charges will be way more serious for you especially if the cops think you brought
05:46us into it we did and we shouldn't have that's on me no it's not emma called the whole thing off
05:51but i made the choice to break into that lab so did danny and charlotte drew's already looking
05:57for reasons to go after danny he can't afford to get in any more trouble i'm a minor so i'm just
06:02gonna get community service i volunteer a lot anyway this isn't the end of the world okay don't
06:10worry i'm gonna be okay if you think that my presence could negatively impact rocco's case then

07:04needs is people thinking that dante's giving preferential treatment to his son he shouldn't
07:08need preferential treatment anyway rocco's a minor no one was hurt nothing was damaged he shouldn't get
07:13more than a slap on the wrist and he probably won't good because anyone with a brain can see
07:18he's being used as a scapegoat by one of his grandmother's political opponents i mean you can
07:23all see that right yeah yeah we can see that and we might have been able to look the other way
07:27all together if rocco hadn't been found in the lab with the key fob in his pocket

07:39okay this whole thing just has me thinking about mom why because her brush with the legal system
07:50made her out to be public enemy number one i don't want rocco coming out as public enemy number two
07:56rocco's a good kid with no priors he was hospitalized for underage drinking in may of this year
08:03yeah he wasn't charged with anything in connection with that and that has no bearing on this case well
08:08one could argue that seeing some consequences for his actions could go a long way towards
08:13teaching mr falconeri a lesson one could also argue that you're trying to make an example of my client
08:18although i'm not quite sure who you're doing it for the general public or his grandfather sonny
08:25i'm prepared to offer a year of community service two months mr falconeri could be charged with
08:31breaking and entering the arresting officer's statement confirms that the key fob to the lab was found
08:35on his person i could shoot all kinds of holes in that before my morning coffee look the police did
08:41not find my client in the lab and for the record no officers even investigated the lab itself
08:51six months community service take it or leave it
08:56i know that i am being ridiculous about this i mean i didn't even grow up with my parents together i
09:02didn't even know curtis was my biological father until i was basically an adult they're your parents
09:07of course you want them together well it's not just that i want them together i i've seen how much
09:13they love each other when my dad was shot and paralyzed my mom was there for him every step of
09:19his recovery and i'd watch them and i just think now that is what true love is sweetheart you know

18:46windermere and live under sidwell's roof and have this fantasy love story but at worst he is using

25:40damage to his lab the pcpd hasn't done their forensic investigation of the lab yet so my office was
