00:00What we do in the interior has an effect both on the border and helps the interior.
00:04I think they saw that, so we went to Los Angeles, did it again, and then the next thing you know, we're in Chicago here.
00:10So I think they see the benefits of a uniformed law enforcement presence working alongside and integrated with our ICE and allied law enforcement partners.
00:20You know, Chadwick, I would liken it to a big city police force.
00:24I think we were the missing element in a lot of this.
00:28By the missing element, that uniformed presence.
00:31Homeland Security Investigations and ICE do a fantastic job where they're taking a lot of bad people out.
00:38But remember, some of what they do are long-term investigations, some really good targeting.
00:46But look at a big police force.
00:47Would you have detectives in New York City doing everything and just take your uniformed police out of the whole equation?
00:55Well, of course not.
00:56They complement each other.
00:57Those detectives, those uniforms, uncover crimes that they can pass on to those detectives, or they can work together in concert, such as that South Shore apartment complex.
01:08That was in concert, a very integrated operation with FBI, DEA, ATF, Homeland Security Investigations, ICE, Border Patrol, CBP.
01:17You saw how we came together, put all of our strengths together.
01:20Do we want an organized crime figure walking the streets in Evanston, Illinois, or Chicago that has that type of criminal record?
01:30And how many of those are walking the streets right now that we don't know and never will know about because we don't have access to the criminal records in a Poland, a Russia, or a El Salvador, or a Mexico, or wherever, with four years of open borders?
01:46How many of those people are in here preying on American citizens?
