00:12About 3,200 IAM District 837 members will begin returning to work as early as Sunday,
00:19according to Reuters.
00:20The strike disrupted deliveries to the U.S. Air Force and disrupted deliveries and production
00:25of trainers, munitions, and wing sections assembled by the workers.
00:30District 837 members pushed for higher bonuses and stronger retirement contributions, but
00:35Boeing refused to raise the overall value of its offer.
00:39On Monday, the company revised the structure of bonuses by raising upfront cash to $6,000
00:45and cutting $4,000 in later-term bonuses.
00:47IAM leaders said members stayed united for more than three months, while some workers
00:52said strike fatigue and the upcoming holidays influenced the vote.
