00:10His Excellency, Governor of Andhra Pradesh, Abdul Nazir Garu,

00:14and the Visionary and Dynamic Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Sri Nara Chandra Baban Aida Garu,

00:19and my senior colleague from the Cabinet, P.S. Goyalji,

00:22and all the dignitaries on the dais, and all the distinguished delegates, business leaders,

00:27policymakers, and friends from across India and the world, namaskaram and a very good morning.

00:33It fills me with immense pride and purpose to welcome you all to Vishakhapatnam,

00:37which is the jewel of East Coast and the rising capital of opportunity and the beating heart of

00:42a new Andhra Pradesh. Today we are not just hosting a summit, but we are igniting a vision. A vision

00:49of a state reborn with purpose, powered by people and propelled by leadership that believes in building

00:55the future, not waiting for it. In fact, coming from this very region of North Andhra,

01:00it's a very emotional moment for me. If you look at this situation couple of years back,

01:06where Andhra was not having any sense of direction, no sense of purpose, no sense of vision,

01:11to be here right now, where Vishakhapatnam and Andhra Pradesh have been the talk of not just the

01:17nation, but the talk of the world, it fills me with immense pride to be here. And it almost seems

01:22like a miracle. And miracle was bound to happen when two of the greatest leaders this country

01:28has ever seen have come together. One, the Honorable Prime Minister of the country,

01:32Sri Narendra Modi ji, who is spearheading India into a great sense of pride and a great sense of

01:39nation building and inspiring 140 crore people of the country to build Vexit Bharat by 2047. And one

01:47who is amongst us, the inspiring, ever inspiring leader, not just for political leaders or young

01:52leaders, but for businessmen, for people from all across all sectors of life, all walks of life,

02:00that is our Honorable Chief Minister Sri Chandra Babu Naidugaru. And under the visionary leadership

02:05of Chief Minister Nara Chandra Babu Naidugaru, Andhra Pradesh is reclaiming its rightful place as

02:11India's innovation frontier. He is a leader who doesn't just govern for the present, he engineers

02:17the future. He has always believed that governance must run at the speed of technology and that

02:23development must always outpace politics. It was his foresight that created Cyberabad much before

02:30India began speaking of IT revolution. Today, that same foresight is shaping up Amaravati,

02:35same foresight is shaping up Rael Seema and Uttarandra into a new triangle of growth, inclusion and

02:42global investment. And he is not alone in this mission. Working shoulder to shoulder with him

02:48is a leader of intellect, energy and empathy, which is our own young and dynamic Minister

02:54Sri Nara Lokeshanagaru. And he represents a new generation of politics, which is data-driven,

02:59outcome focused and deeply grounded in cultural values. His clarity of thought and speed of

03:06execution are transforming how government interacts with citizens and investors alike. Under his

03:12leadership, our digital infrastructure and the startup ecosystem and skilling platforms

03:17are evolving not year by year, but week by week. We are also strengthened by the integrity

03:23and emotional connect of our Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyangaru, a leader who reflects the voice and

03:30hope of the people. And overarching all of this is the guiding vision of our Honourable Prime Minister

03:35Sri Narendra Modi ji, a leader who has redefined how the world perceives India. The most popular leader

03:42with a strong and decisive leadership and with clarity on conviction on how India should be viewed by the

03:50Viksit Bharat 2047. Viksit Bharat 2047 is not a challenge before the country, but it is unlimited

03:56amount of opportunities that are there with us. And today, Andhra Pradesh is reaping out all the

04:02opportunities that are presented in front of us. That is the power of double-engine Sarkar. When the state

04:08government and central government with unity and clarity and conviction, they all come together, the strength

04:14that is shown is shown today in Andhra Pradesh. Friends, when you invest in Andhra Pradesh, you are

04:20not just investing in a state, but you are investing in a mindset. A mindset of speed, where approvals move

04:27faster than ambitions. A mindset of trust, where policy doesn't change with politics, but with purpose. And

04:34a mindset of excellence, where we don't compete with other states, we compete with the world. And this

04:40mindset isn't just philosophy, it is performance driven. Because in Andhra Pradesh, we don't announce

04:46intentions, we announce outcomes. In the last few months alone, we have moved faster than most economy

04:52moves in years, cleared major infrastructure projects worth thousands of crores from Bogapuram

04:57International Airport to Amaravati Capital Works, launched digital single-window systems that reduce

05:03approvals from 90 days to under 21 days, and also fast-tracked many projects which are not only

05:09for what is for the future, but which are going to be the game-changers for the future technologies.

05:16And we have all heard of ease of doing business, but in AP, we are going one step further, and we

05:22have made it the speed of doing business. And today into global economy, we all know that time is the

05:28ultimate currency, and which is why AP is stressing upon the time. But friends, here, when we all meet,

05:34speed is also nothing without the soul. And the soul today is its people, the Andhra's people and the

05:40people of the country, who are hardworking, humble and hungry to grow. So this is a great opportunity

05:47for all of us here to invest in Andhra Pradesh, and to take this great nation forward. And it comes to

05:53aviation also, we have been doing great things. And in fact, the foundation has been laid 11 years before

05:59by our Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji. And today, we are the third largest domestic aviation

06:04market in the world. Every 50 days, we are opening a new airport, which is unprecedented anywhere in

06:10the globe. And that is the kind of success we have achieved in terms of building up of airports,

06:15the passenger capacity, and many other verticals in aviation. And today, Andhra is taking it one step

06:21further, creating a logistics hub, creating an aviation hub. That is why, with the existing seven

06:27airports, we are planning to create seven more airports. We have four flight training organizations

06:32coming in the state. We have MRO ecosystem coming in Vishakhapatnam. We have aviation skilling

06:38university coming in Vishakhapatnam. And we are expanding the drone sector and creating a drone city.

06:44And aerospace and aircraft manufacturing also, we are trying to drive it in a big way in the country.

06:49And these, you feel that we have our hands full. But our Honorable Chief Minister is so far advanced

06:55that he is not happy with the content that we have today. He is always driving for something more,

07:00new inventions to come in. And I am very happy to see this kind of innovation being the birthplace

07:06of Andhra Pradesh and the drive that is here. And as I stand before you, I feel a deep responsibility

07:12to make sure every partnership you forge here becomes a story of success. Let Andhra be the gateway to

07:18India's next decade of growth. Let Vishakhapatnam be the city where the sunrise of investment

07:24never sets. On behalf of our leadership and every hardworking citizen of the state and the country,

07:30I welcome you to the land of speed, spirit and sunrise. This is Andhra Pradesh. And this is where
