00:54The evening ceremony that started at 6 p.m., however,

00:57was deeply moving, culminating in the inauguration

01:00of the November 13th Memory Garden opposite the Paris City Hall.

01:05And Thursday night, the Eiffel Tower lit up once again

01:09in blue, white and red, the colors of the French flag.

01:14Church bells, including those of Notre Dame, rang across the city,

01:18echoing through a Paris that still bears the scars of the attack.

01:23but has never lost its light.
