00:54Tommy's so we're at Tommy's I'm milling around milling around reading about Tommy's since 1952

01:00it's like Tommy Iacano I'm like wait a minute Iacano that's the place I've been raving about

01:05so I guess Tommy Iacano started it in the two sons one open Tommy's one open Iacano's

01:15and so it's very similar I think now this place Tommy's that guy didn't want to say it he's like

01:21I think we get the original recipes and they've modified theirs so it's the same or different

01:25pizza they probably modified theirs a little bit versus the original I don't want to say they modified

01:33it but I've heard they modified it we have all the original recipes so I love Iacano's so I probably

01:40love this this one seems off the jump a little bit heavier little different crust

03:10would you give them what right about but I thought this one's thicker so we wrote we freshly roll the dough

03:19every day so it depends on the roller honestly like the person the physical person it depends

03:23on their style I mean they're very good yeah so it just depends on their style of how the ranch works

03:33kind of varies depending on the person who rolled it I love that like mine's a little thinner than some

03:38people's well did you roll this one that one is by Kevin he's been here like 14 years really like

03:42all he does is roll older guy but is that why you did that okay like this is all he's done for

03:52like 20 years so he's been rolling this stuff is great I was saying you guys are making me

03:55tavern like they don't like the tavern style more one of the cool things about us is like our rollers

04:00they're like 70 years old dude like we got one of our rollers broke and like to use our roller we had

04:05to get pieces sent to Germany it's like $30,000 pieces and it's like so we can't change anything
