00:05I think this is truly exciting.

00:08Washington announced they've selected HKS as the lead architect for the new world-class stadium site at RFK.

00:14HKS has built SoFi.

00:17HKS built Jerry World.

00:19HKS built Lucas Oil, where the Colts play in Indianapolis.

00:23HKS built Minnesota.

00:25When they were in SoFi, I remember when we went to L.A. for the Rams before, there were so many people they had with them.

00:40And the enthusiasm that I talked to a few people that they had, I kind of felt whoever had built that stadium would be around.

00:47That's who I wanted.

00:48Now, I don't have much say in the matter.

00:50But that's who I wanted just because Jerry World, avant-garde, best in class at its time.

00:57SoFi Stadium, avant-garde, best in class, probably in the NFL now.

01:00Now, SoFi is unique in that you need Southern California weather to pull a true indoor-outdoor feel like that off.

01:08You're not going to have that in D.C.

01:09You can't have it outdoors in February.

01:12But Minnesota, to me, Minnesota and Atlanta are kind of the guiding light for what I've won at RFK.

01:17You truly feel like you're outdoors, but you are indoors.

01:22So that is just really exciting.

01:24I think, you know, this stadium, the Bernabeau, I've kind of learned, also is exciting.

01:33But when I got in that damn Uber the other day, it looked like it took us 40 minutes to get there.
