00:00so let's say i want to go ahead and then change out the chart format as needed so for that i got

00:10this table data let me just go ahead and select it and then i'm going to go around over here onto

00:16insert and let's just go ahead and insert out a chart right here so once i go ahead and do that

00:22you can see that i have this chart right here so let's say i want to go ahead and change the chart

00:26type then i can simply go ahead and change uh to a different chart type as i wish right here so now

00:32if i want to change its format then i can go ahead right here on the top and even expand this out and

00:39choose the chart format as needed i can go ahead and select this or this one or this one as you can see

00:44right here just like this apart from that you can also switch from rows to columns if you want as

00:50well simply click on it and you will be able to see the change in data you can even go ahead and

00:55select out particular data let's say for example i can go ahead and then enable and disable different

01:00data as you want press ok and you can simply go ahead and filter out those particular data

01:06so you can also go around and change the color of the chart right here by selecting out the change

01:12color and then even change around with the quick layout to go ahead and enable and if uh in the

01:17disable different uh chart axis right here just like this so this is how you can simply go ahead and

01:24format out the chart as you like inside of excel and if i were to go around over here onto format

01:30i can even go ahead and add in now let's say um as is right here i can go ahead and add in background

01:37color to this just like this as well and even work around with the text just by clicking it and you'll

01:42be able to see that you can see that it goes ahead right here and then change up that changes up the

01:49outlook right here so that is how you can go ahead and format our chart in microsoft excel so hope you
