00:00Without tariffs, we would be, this country would be in such trouble, as they were for many years.
00:05That's why we owe $38 trillion.
00:07And one of the things we're going to do, we're going to issue a dividend to our middle-income people and lower-income people of about $2,000.
00:16And we're going to use the remaining tariffs to lower our debt.
00:19We're going to be lowering our debt, which is a national security thing.
00:22So we're doing a lot of good work.
00:25The numbers were reported so incorrectly.
00:27The real numbers are trillions of dollars have been taken in or gotten in terms of investment from the tariffs.
00:36And so if that were ever reversed, it would be a disaster.
00:39Frankly, it would be a national security problem for our country.
00:42And nobody thinks it's going to be reversed.
00:44I think we had a very good court case.
00:46As you know, it's before the Supreme Court right now.
00:49But if that were ever reversed, you know, people are saying, oh, it's a billion dollars.
00:53Some people said, oh, it's $2 billion.
00:54Well, that obviously we can handle very easily.
00:57But this is trillions of dollars we're talking about in terms of the tariff income and all the investment income that's come into our country.
01:04You know, we have more than, I would say right now, more than $18 trillion.
01:08The biggest number ever is a tiny fraction of that for any country, China, the United States, the biggest number ever.
01:17If you look at the past administration, Biden, he did less than a trillion in four years.
01:22We're over 18 trillion.
01:23By the time my first year ends, we're going to have over $20 trillion of investment coming into the United States.
01:30It's unheard of.
01:31We have AI factories.
01:33We're leading China by a lot.
01:35We have cars and, you know, car plants coming in by more than we've ever had built before.
01:42All of that would go away if we lose the tariff case.
01:45So all of it would go away.
01:46So they're not giving the right numbers.
01:48It would be an economic disaster.
01:51It would be a national security disaster if we lost the case in the Supreme Court.
01:56Can we accept that?
01:58This is an idea that you've been talking about for months.
02:01This is going to directly and positively impact millions of Americans.
02:06Why is this important for you to do and when can Americans expect that?
02:09So I've been talking about it for a long time, the dividend to people that, you know, have suffered under the Biden administration.
02:15So Biden had the highest inflation in history and we now are at a very low point.
02:20We're going to be hitting one and a half percent pretty soon.
02:23So we're at a low point and he was a high point.
02:27We did that.
02:28Food prices are way down.
02:29It's all coming down.
02:31And the biggest decrease, of course, is energy.
02:34And, you know, as goes energy, goes everything else.
02:37Because when energy comes down, the oil, the electric, but we I think you're going to see two dollar gasoline or something very close to that.
02:45In fact, we're already in the twos.
02:47But I think you're going to be seeing very soon two dollar gasoline.
02:49That's like the equivalent of a massive tax cut.
02:53But in addition to that, the great big beautiful bill gives you a very, very big tax cut.
03:01And then you have no tax on tips, no tax on social security and no tax on overtime for the middle income and for even, frankly, anybody.
03:10But you have no tax and no tax on tips has turned out to be a tremendous thing.
03:15But when you think no tax on tips, no tax on overtime and no tax on social security for our senior side, it's the great big beautiful bill, which has been mischaracterized.
03:26But now people even they don't want to talk about it because it's so good, the enemy, because it's so good for everybody.
03:33It's the greatest piece of legislation ever passed in the history of our country in terms of size.
03:38And hence it's called they call it the big beautiful bill or the one big beautiful.
03:43I call it the great big beautiful bill.
03:45It's a an amazing bill for the middle class.
03:49It's amazing bill for jobs.
03:51We've never passed anything like it.
03:53And in my first administration.
03:55So we had the greatest economy.
03:57We everything was good.
03:58But we're really outdoing it this time because we have investments coming in largely because of tariffs.
