ABOUT 'LANKA DAHAN' TRACK/SONG From the name Lanka Dahan itself it is clear that in this song we have told the story of burning of Lanka. This song not only tells about the conversation between Hanuman ji and Ravana and the burning of Lanka but at the same time it also tells that no matter how powerful the Adharma (unrighteousness) is, it is sure to burn one day. Ravana was a scholar, knew all the four Vedas, was immortal, was a great devotee of Shiva but he never supported Dharma and as a result he died in the end. The entire Ramayana teaches us that no matter what the situation is, never take the side of evil, evil can give you happiness for some time but real happiness will be found only and only by supporting Dharma (righteousness).
ABOUT LANKA DAHAN INCIDENT Lanka Dahan is that episode of Ramayana when Ravana's son Meghnad captured Hanuman Ji and presented him in front of Ravana. Ravana and other demons thought that Meghnad had captured him easily but in reality Hanuman himself had got captured in Meghnad's trap by his own will so that he could meet Ravana.
Hanuman tried a lot to convince Ravana that he should return Sita Ji and end this war and the huge losses in the war but Ravana did not listen to a single word of Hanuman. Hanuman tried his best to make Ravana accept and repent his mistake but Ravana's pride did not let him bow down. Ravana ordered to burn Hanuman's tail but he did not know that in reality he was preparing to burn not Hanuman's tail but his own Lanka. #hanuman #lankadahan #ramayan #hindirap
