00:00Sa Biyernes na itutuloy ng Justice Department ang Preliminary Investigation sa Manoy Yanomalia sa Flood Control Project sa Bulacan.

00:10Ayon kay Prosecutor General Richard Fadulion, nakansila ang nakaschedule na Preliminary Investigation kahapon, November 10.

00:20Dahil sa masamang panahon, dulat ng Bagyong Wan, inasaan naman na sa Biyernes ay magkakaroon na ng kopya ng reklamo ang lahat ng ipinasabina ng prosekusyon upang makapaghanda sa isusumitin nilang apela o counter-affidavid.

00:50Autorities through their lawyers have already been informed of the resetting.
