00:00In today's Media Missed Minute, federal workers unions are suing the Trump administration
00:04over what they call new loyalty tests. Plus, one House Republican wants to cut off federal
00:11money to New York City as long as Zoran Mamdani remains mayor.
00:18I'm Craig DeGrelli, and here on Media Missed Minute, we look at two stories largely ignored
00:23by partisan media outlets. Let's start today with a story being missed by the right-leaning outlets.
00:28Three federal workers unions are suing over the new political loyalty questions they say
00:33were added to the federal job application process. Federal civil service positions are supposed to
00:39be nonpartisan, but the lawsuit says the new forms now ask things like a candidate's favorite Trump
00:45executive order and how they would personally help carry it out. Now to a story being missed by the
00:52left-leaning media. Georgia Congressman Buddy Carter has introduced the Mamdani Act,
00:57aimed at blocking all federal funds from going to New York City while Mamdani serves as mayor.
01:03The bill, officially titled the Measuring Adverse Markets Disruption and National Impact Act,
01:09would even try to claw back federal money already allocated to New York City. But it's unlikely to
01:14advance. You can find more stories missed or minimized by partisan media by downloading
