#UwanPH has weakened into a typhoon, PAGASA said in its 2 AM bulletin.

00:00Good morning po at magandang umaga sa ating lahat.
00:03Nandito naman po tayo sa Office of Civil Defense
00:06para magbigay ng update dito sa ating monitoring
00:10dito sa ating Super Typhoon 1.
00:15So as of 6 o'clock this morning,
00:17meron po tayong nakuhang datos.
00:21Umaabot po sa 1.4 million individuals
00:25or 426,000 families
00:29were preemptively evacuated sa region sa NCR, CAR,
00:37Region 1, 2, 3, Calabarzon, Mimaropa,
00:41Region 5, 6, NIR, 7, and 8.
00:45Ito po ay basis sa datos natin na galing sa DILG.
00:49So again, marami pa rin po dyan ay Region 5,
00:55Region 8, at saka Region 4A.
00:59And then in terms of evacuation centers,
01:02meron po tayo ngayong umaga na 6,000 evacuation centers
01:07housing around 318,000 individuals or 92,000 families.
01:14So sa casualty po natin,
01:17meron po nga reported sa atin,
01:20pero subject again for validation pa ito,
01:23dalawang fatality.
01:25One is from Viga, Catanduanes, due to drowning,
01:29and another one from Catbalogan City, Samar,
01:34na nahulugan ito ng collapse structure.
01:38Tapos meron po tayong dalawang injured individuals reported.
01:44In terms of damages, napaka-ongoing po ang ating damage and needs assessment.
01:50But in terms of houses, meron na po tayong nakuha nga 1,000 damage houses,
01:5789,000 totally damaged, and 996,000 partially damaged.
02:03Wala pa po tayong mga datos in terms of damage to infrastructure and agriculture.
02:10But we have been receiving reports na meron pong mga nasira ng mga infrastruktura
02:17and this will be undergoing validation para makuha natin yung extent ng damage and its cost.
02:26So we have recorded 132 flooded barangays
02:31and may mga reported tayong storm surges sa mga coastal communities
02:37and then a number of landslide events.
02:41So kahapon po nung dumaan or nag-landfall yung bagyo sa Aurora,
02:50sa kasiguran,
02:52nag-report po ang ating PDRIMO doon na ang mga munisipyo ng Dipakulaw,
02:58dinalungan, kasiguran, and dilasag sa Aurora ay na-isolate due to landslides.
03:08But again, itong mga landslides na ito are subject to immediate clearing.
03:16Ngayong umaga, na-advise na rin natin ang ating DPWH
03:21to work closely with our LGUs para po mapabilis itong clearing operations natin.
03:27So in terms naman ng ating response capacity
03:36to provide augmentation or assistance to our local government units,
03:42meron pong 2.6 billion worth of standby fund and stockpile
03:48from DSWD and OCD.
03:51And naka-ready po yan to augment itong mga local government units natin.
03:58So, so far, nakapag-provide na tayo ng 6.4 million worth of food items
04:08sa mga different local government units.
04:11And nakapagbigay po ng family packs numbering to 4,776
04:20sa regions Calabarzon, 5, NIR, and Caraga itong ating DSWD.
04:26So, in terms of ating mga tauhan na mag-conduct ng debris clearing and civil works,
04:36meron po tayong nakadeploy na po na 165 personnel at 10 equipment from DPWH.
04:44Deployed po ito sa regions NCR 1, 2, 3, 5, and Region 8.
04:50Kasi meron po tayong mga reported road closures na kailangan pong immediate restoration and clearing.
04:59Meron pong initial na nakuha tayo na 15 road networks na kailangan po ayusin kaagad.
05:08In terms of search, rescue, and retrieval capacity or capability,
05:13meron na po tayong 894 teams deployed from composite na ito,
05:19from the armed forces, from the PNP, from our Coast Guard, and our Bureau of Fire Protection.
05:25So, kasama dyan sa mga teams na yan are various assets numbering to 190.
05:33So, meron pa rin po tayong nakastandby in case na kailangan po mag-deploy pa
05:38ng 3,497 teams.
05:42And around 7,308 various assets from our uniformed services.
05:49So, sa health po natin, meron po tayong available logistics worth 156 million pesos
05:57na in-augment na po ng ating DOH sa mga different regions.
06:04And they have also augmented logistics worth 10 million sa mga different regions natin.
06:12So, sa logistics naman natin, meron po tayong land and air assets and sea assets that are available
06:20that we can use to move men and material dun sa mga nangangailangan.
06:28So, sa emergency telecoms, meron po tayong deployed na 33 ICT equipment.
06:35Ito po yung ating mga Starlink and mga satphones.
06:39And meron pa pong nakastandby in case na kailangan 973 equipment, mga communication equipment.
06:49So, yun po at in terms of, isingit ko lang, in terms of status of lifelines,
06:58meron pong 155 LGUs na nagkaroon ng power disruption.
07:06Unti-unti po itong nare-restore na, meron na pong 15 LGUs na na-restore na po yung power nila.
07:16And then, in terms of water, meron pong 13 LGUs na nagkaroon ng water interruption.
07:21Dalawa po dyan ay na-restore na.
07:23And then, yung iba nga, as I've said, ongoing po yung mga clearing operations sa mga iba't-ibang road networks
07:30na naging impossible or may mga debris na nakaharang.
07:36So, tuloy-tuloy po ang ating operation.
07:38Ang Bagyong Uwan po ay lumabas na po sa landmass.
07:42At meron na lang po itong dalang mga ulan sa mga certain areas in Luzon.
07:50At tuloy-tuloy pa rin ang ating response operation
07:54para po matulungan ang ating mga local government units at yung ating mga kababayan.
08:01So, again, hindi pa po tapos itong Bagyong Uwan.
08:06Bagamat lumampas na po siya, meron pa pong panganib sa dalanyang ulan
08:13in certain areas of Central and Northern Luzon, pati na rin dito sa Metro Manila.
08:19So, ngayong araw po, magkaroon na po tayo ng continuous rescue, relief, and disaster response operation ngayong araw.
