00:00Exit.
00:01Dan Springer is streaming live for us from Benghazi.
00:03Dan?
00:04What you're going to get this weekend are a lot of headlines because she's starting
00:08to make some buzz.
00:09There's a bus tour that's about to kick off.
00:11Right.
00:12Kicking off, going to go across the past two and a half years and how everything's
00:14just been flipped on its head.
00:16So, I mean, even these churches have been affected by it.
00:18So, we'll see if they can get through it.
00:20Did you say million?
00:21Fifty million.
00:22Oh, yeah.
00:23Okay.
00:24Just wanted to make sure.
00:25My goodness.
00:26Well, there are chilling new details, Bill.
00:27You mentioned this.
00:28I'm Bill Hemmer from America's Newsroom on a Friday.
00:32Good morning to you.
00:33I'm Bill Hemmer.
00:34Martha has the day off.
00:35How are you doing, Jamie?
00:36Good.
00:37And soon I'll be sending you off for the holiday weekend.
00:39But I'll stick around.
00:40What are you doing this weekend?
00:41I will be here every single day.
00:42Really?
00:43You never know.
00:44Things happen in the weekend.
00:45I'll make sure I watch.
00:46That's great, Bill.
00:47You're so generous.
00:48Right on.
00:49Great to be with you today.
00:50I'm Jamie Colby in for Martha McCallum and Sarah Palin, the subject of rampant speculation
00:56as a possible presidential contender.
00:58We could find out for sure before Monday morning.
01:01So I'll be on it.
01:02Paul Cameron broke the news first.
01:04Now he's live in England.
01:05On record, Joplin, Missouri.
01:07And after the season is over, many people will look back.
01:10The Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and that area surrounding the central part of that state, and Joplin,
01:16Missouri, and southwestern Missouri as the key points in this tornado season that has
01:20been unforgettable for all the wrong reasons.
01:23Does it not seem like more of these stories we are reporting than we have in the past?
01:28I think definitely this year.
01:29You know, when that cold air comes over the Rockies, as we were showing our viewers the
01:32other day, and it collides with that air from the Gulf of Mexico.
01:35I saw that on the big board.
01:36And the jet stream just takes it and whips it across the plains.
01:39And when these two systems collide, you get what we get.
01:42And that's been deadly tornadoes.
01:44That the winds weren't.
01:45One after Wisconsin, what it means for them or possibly their state as this battle goes forward.
01:49Well, all these states are teetering on bankruptcy.
01:51It's all the pension benefits, as you know, Bill, that these unions have previously negotiated.
01:56These debates are happening.
01:57New York.
01:58I mean, the list is so long across the country where everything is cool.
02:01I got an idea, too, for a summer job.
02:03Yeah?
02:04Except for the hitting the gator on the head.
02:06He could go work at the zoo, Bill.
02:07Yeah, okay.
02:08He's got what it takes.
02:09There is a future there.
02:10Years ago, I interviewed this kid who got bit in the head by a gator, and he was all wrapped
02:13up with gauze around his head.
02:15And we put him on TV, and I think he was clearly on medication because of the pain.
02:19It was a TV moment.
02:22And to this day, we call it Gator Boy.
02:24It was spectacular.
02:25Right.
02:26Must have been.
02:27Check it out.
02:28Still talking about it.
02:29Meanwhile, he became a Hollywood celebrity, without a doubt.
02:31Days unfold down there in Orlando, Florida.
02:33Absolutely.
02:34There are millions and the trillions of dollars out there, and it kind of gets lost out there,
02:38right?
02:39Because it all kind of merges together.
02:40But when you put in a number in a calculator for a specific program, it becomes rather relevant
02:46to you, because now you can figure out what you're paying at home, and then it truly makes
02:50sense.
02:51So check it out at foxnews.com.
02:52All right, Bill.
02:54Perfect story for Memorial Weekend.
02:55I love that story.
02:56And how about this story?
02:57I wanted to share this with you, Bill, and with everybody else as well, because last night
03:00I had the special privilege of being at the Intrepid Awards, the Salute to Freedom.
03:05This is Admiral James Stavridis.
03:08What a hero he is.
03:09He received the Freedom Award, which was bestowed once on Ronald Reagan and Bill Clinton.
03:13And my table mates, thank you for inviting me, Georgette Mosbarger and Barbara Walters,
03:19both board members of the Intrepid.
03:20Do what you can for the troops, especially this weekend.
03:22Nice.
03:23Nice.
03:24It's Sailor Week here in New York.
03:25It sure is everywhere.
03:26Have a great Memorial Weekend, everybody.
03:27Thanks so much.
03:28Happening now starts right now.
03:29Take care.
