00:00Okay, Justin Jefferson, 70 and a half receiving yards.
00:04Does he go over or under, and why?
00:07This is tricky, because last week he did not go over this number.
00:10It's the first time he hasn't gone over this number since week one,
00:13where he's also playing with who?
00:14J.J. McCarthy, where he only had 44 yards in week one.
00:18Now, he had 47 last week.
00:20Again, not as much throwing of the football,
00:22but I think at home maybe a little different bit of sauce here,
00:24potentially, for them.
00:26Baltimore Ravens, you know, are going to push the total, right?
00:29And, you know, there's going to be scoring there.
00:30Lamar's back.
00:31So, I think there's a good chance we can go over the 70 and a half.
00:33And it's a small number for Justin Jefferson.
00:35I think most weeks you've just got to get Justin Jefferson in the football.
00:38And I think that is a positive thing that you did see last week.
00:41He did have nine targets, right?
00:43He caught six of them for 47.
00:44So, he did have a touchdown that game.
00:46So, a productive game for him.
00:47He finishes wide receiver 18.
00:48But I think the 70 and a half is such a low number for such an extraordinary talent
00:53that even though J.J. McCarthy might be a guy that's hovering around that 200 passer mark
00:57in terms of yardage total, I do think most of it is going to go to Justin Jefferson.
01:02And especially, again, it's the other side of that football that I think we can push towards that.
01:07As Derrick Henry, as Zay Flowers, as Lamar Jackson put points on the board,
01:11the Vikings are going to have to answer.
01:13And the Vikings will give up a lot of big plays on defense, too.
01:15So, I expect that that Vikings offense is going to have to answer the bell here for the Ravens
01:21against the Ravens if they're going to have any chance today.
01:23So, give me the over on J.J.
01:24I think maybe the first time we see the two of them go over together for an entire game,
01:29that would be good.
01:30Well done.
01:31Made me excited for that one, as if I weren't already.
01:33All right, let's move on here.
01:35What seems like a soft matchup, at the very least, on paper.
01:38It's still the NFL.
01:39The Bills, they have Miami.
01:41So, let's talk James Cook, 85 and a half rushing yards.
01:44Over, under, why?
01:46Look, James Cook, obviously, a guy who has certainly been outstanding.
01:51And I think the secret sauce here for the Buffalo Bills is getting James Cook the football,
01:56letting him run for 100 yards.
01:57When that happens, they win football games.
01:59It happened last week.
02:00He ran for 114.
02:00They won.
02:01You know, 216 against the Carolina Panthers, right?
02:04Like, all these situations, especially since the bye, too.
02:07And if you go back to the two games that they lost before the bye, 49 yards rushing, 87 yards rushing,
02:13that's not enough.
02:14You've got to get James Cook the football more.
02:15So, you saw him have 15 carries and 17 carries in those games, 19 carries, 27 last week coming
02:22out of the bye those last two weeks against Miami, whose run defense has not been good.
02:26So, I'm not thinking that they fixed everything magically in Miami just because they've been
02:29a little bit better.
02:30They have.
02:31But I don't think good enough here to stop this attack.
02:33So, I'm going to go over this 85 and a half.
02:35I think he gets to the century mark again today.
02:37And that's important because Buffalo needs these wins.
02:40They need to keep pace with the New England Patriots, not a sentence that I thought I'd
02:45be uttering in 2025.
02:46But here we are, and I'm here for it.
02:49And again, the data doesn't lie.
02:51The Bills win football games when this guy touches the football 20 times, when he goes
02:56over 100 yards.
02:57And James Cook is the most reliable piece of this offense by far.
03:00Shakira's a nice player.
03:01The rest of the wide receiver group is underwhelming.
03:03Kincaid's had some moments.
03:05They need a playmaker in the worst way this offseason.
03:07I know they keep trying to get it done or pick these guys off.
03:10You know, maybe Keon Coleman will be that guy.
03:12Maybe Josh Palmer will be that guy.
03:13It's not working.
03:14They haven't replaced Stephon Diggs, and it shows.
03:18And I think Josh Allen could use some help.
03:20So, Buffalo Bills in the offseason, free agency, NFL draft, get yourself a big playmaker on the
03:25outside, please, by the love of God.
03:27But over today on Cook.
