Albay town flooded

Fast-moving floodwater gushes down the streets of Guinobatan in Albay as Super Typhoon Uwan (international name Fung-wong) barrels towards the Philippines, bringing heavy rain and strong winds. The super typhoon is expected to make landfall Sunday night and has a radius spanning nearly the entirety of the Philippines.
