Super Typhoon 'Uwan' brings strong winds and heavy rain in Ligao, Albay

Situation of Ligao City, Albay, on Sunday, Nov. 9, as Super Typhoon 'Uwan' continues to bring strong winds and heavy rain, affecting many parts of Bicol Region.
