00:05Tap the Menu button.
00:08Tap Settings.
00:11Tap Privacy.
00:14Tap Groups.
00:18Select My Contacts Accept.
00:21You can either select all contacts or choose specific ones.
00:25To select or deselect all contacts, just tap the button in the top right corner.
00:32Tap the button in the bottom right corner to save.
00:38The selected contacts and strangers will no longer be able to add you to WhatsApp groups without your permission.
