00:00Oh my goodness, it's changed my life in many ways as a professional person, as obviously
00:06an actor and as a friend.
00:09It's taught me a lot about being a person because I've grown up on the show.
00:13There's no shame in being the outcast and stay true and authentic to yourself.
00:18It's amazing.
00:19I cannot wait for everyone to see it.
00:22It's in season five.
00:23You'll have to wait and see.
00:24Oh, I mean, each season we just kind of escalate in stakes and the scale, like overall production
00:31value and this season is no exception.
00:34Yeah, it's the big grand finale that the fans and the show deserve.
00:39Oh, I mean, my friends and like knowing that we have this show and these characters to bring
00:48us together every year.
00:49I'll miss that.
00:50And favorite aspect of my character, oh, her resilience.
00:54Yeah.
00:55Oh, he is my pride and joy and he's taught me everything I know about myself and helped
01:03me and guided me through my life.
01:05I mean, yeah.
01:07Just the people.
01:08I mean, the cast and crew are like part of my childhood and they're some of my best friends.
01:13They're like family, genuinely.
01:14So I'm going to miss them a lot.
01:17Honestly, it's funny you ask that because sometimes like I'm with Millie or with some
01:22of the castmates and I'm like, oh, OK, we have not changed at all since season one.
01:25So in some ways, not at all.
01:27But I feel like I've just, you know, grown a little more confidence and understanding
01:32of how to how to approach the role, you know, after doing it for so many years.
01:36And lastly, what can I tease?
01:38It's my favorite season yet besides season one.
01:41And I'm just excited to share it with you guys.
01:44It's meant a great deal.
01:46I mean, it's a gift getting to, for me, watch these kids grow up was one of the most beautiful
01:58experiences I've had as an actress and person.
02:03And yeah, it's it's it's an honor of a lifetime.
02:10I think the acts was very cathartic in season one because when you're trying to channel that
02:22that much emotion, you want to like release it in an aggressive way, but not on a person.
02:30Yeah.
02:31So I remember that that was that that will always stay with me.
02:38Dancing with Sean Astin to Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton, Islands in the Stream was one
02:48of the more magical moments I've had.
02:53Oh, man, that's a good question.
02:54I really like the weird interaction between him and his mom when he first brings Dart home
03:01in the the Ghostbuster contrapment.
03:05I forget what it's called because I'm a fake fan.
03:08But Kathy's the best.
03:09And every time we got to do a little improv, it was the best.
03:11It was always fun.
03:12I just always giggle at it.
03:14I love those guys.
03:15They're family.
03:16They'll just be they're going to be some of my closest friends for the rest of my life.
03:19And I couldn't ask for a better group to share this with most metal ever is fun from last
03:23year.
03:24She's our friend and she's Mike.
03:26I found the chocolate pudding is a classic.
03:27So that's worth the worth the rewatching me doing a classic little voice crack as I
03:33did frequently at 13.
03:35Just the consistency of it.
03:36It's really rare for it's just every actor's dream to be able to work on something not only
03:42this incredible, but to do it for so long.
03:44It's it's not a very common experience and I don't take it for granted and I've loved
03:48it for I've loved it just endlessly.
03:51Oh, I can't say things without without spoiling them.
03:54So I'm like, they're all they're listening.
03:57It's going to be very good.
03:58I'm really excited for people to see it.
04:00Oh, getting to see all these people every day because I think, you know, there would be
04:04no character without without these other people playing these other characters.
04:09So, yeah, I'm going to miss that.
04:11I'm excited for people to see like honestly all of it.
04:14I think it's like a really, really chaotic, action-packed, but like incredibly emotional
04:20ride.
04:21So I'm excited for fans to see that.
04:23I mean, so special.
04:24I would not be the person that I am, you know, without this show.
04:28And it's kind of deeply ingrained into my personality now.
04:31So my identity, I guess.
04:34So, I mean, it means everything.
04:35And it's just cool to be able to be here with everyone to celebrate.
04:40Learning him.
04:40So, I guess every season is always a different story, a different journey.
04:45And seeing where that door opens to and learning and then learning myself in that process, how
04:52am I going to attack this for myself as an actor, as a person?
04:56So I think learning him has been like the most exciting journey.
04:59And this kind of goes with that.
05:00I guess how I've approached my life.
05:03I grew up on the show.
05:04So I guess Lucas has become me in a way and how I see life and how I kind of built Lucas
05:13through like the foundation of who I was.
05:15I'm just this like loyal, loving, passionate person that loves his family, loves his friends,
05:20will do anything for a loved one, thinks about him, thinks about others before himself.
05:24So, kind of seeing it all come full circle, I'm like, oh, wow, Lucas is like a version of me, for sure.
05:33What are you going to do?
05:34The family, the family, being able to be on set with him, long nights and long days.
05:42Of course, we'll be friends and keep in touch, but it won't be the same, you know?
05:48It won't be the same.
05:48Oh, spectacular, spectacular.
05:54Stakes are high, yeah.
05:57Oh, yeah, definitely.
05:59I think in season two we had a great scene where we got to sort of have a real conversation on this train track.
06:06And, yeah, it was the first time we had a real scene together, I think, and just a great moment for me, yeah.
06:12Well, I think it's probably being included in such a great group of other actors, all different ages and from all over the world.
06:24And just kind of being able to learn from everybody and, yeah, be included in something like this.
06:31I think, you know, you're lucky as an actor to get a job at all, let alone a job on something that's successful, let alone a job that would last ten years.
06:40So, just, yeah, kind of leaving the experience feeling grateful for it all and excited to show what we did.
06:49What I can tease is that it starts in the action, you know?
06:52There's no respite from the start to the end.
06:54And I can tease that everybody really did bring their heart and soul to this season.
07:01Every character, every actor, you know, the writers, the bros, it really has, it's got so much heart.
07:05And I think that's kind of what I'm watching it I'm so impressed with.
07:09I think watching the performances this year as well from everyone, you're like, oh, wow, everyone really brought something.
07:15And also the writing, you know, the writing was really special this season and kind of, I think, for fans, it's got a little bit of, I think, you know, everyone gets that moment.
07:27The people, you know, we've got to come and work with these people for ten years of my life and the relationships that I've made while making this.
07:36Yeah, that's going to be it, you know, we made a family here, so, yeah.
07:40There's some, like, things for me in this season that, you know, there's a couple, there's, like, two scenes that come to mind.
07:46There's one in episode six and there's one in episode eight that were just scenes that I got to shoot that, you know, as in, for me, were, you know, it was, like, what the show is for me.
07:58And especially when I'm talking about, like, the relationships and things, it's just, like, I got to do that and it was, yeah, it's pretty special.
