04:37clinging to what might have been wouldn't move her forward in life and of course she wouldn't want that

07:28and she just loves her family she spends a lot of time with them she would do anything for them

07:34i know that it's true but i'm looking at things and what i've done

07:38now look i i understand that you don't want her to neglect her own happiness

07:44right i get that because that's who she is she's always been that person right she she puts other

07:49people's happiness before her own she's selfless like that

07:53yeah and you and i we are blessed and i would like it if everybody could have this kind of happiness

16:56but i have to wonder have you ever truly

16:59acknowledged to yourself how destructive and abusive this whole back and forth thing that

17:04you and ridge have had for years has been to you i mean the toll that it's taken

17:10i mean taylor you had broken heart syndrome for god's sake

17:14yeah and ridge is the one that helped me heal from that because he's the one who was largely

17:18responsible for it listen here's the thing i'm not trying to upset you and i'm not trying to bash ridge

17:27i get that the two of you have a very special bond because you have kids

17:31okay but but that's why you keep trying to make it work with the father of your children and that's

17:37admirable but here's the thing

17:41steffi and thomas they're adults they don't need their mom and dad back together again

17:45what they need is their amazing mother to feel fulfilled and that's something that is not going

17:52to happen with ridge because it's never happened with them at least not to the extent that you deserve it

17:59but you know what i'm saying is right deep down you know everything i'm saying is true

18:06and as much as you have sacrificed and tried to make this relationship work

18:11ridge isn't the guy for you so if there's even a tiny part of you that's sticking around hoping

18:17that ridge and brooke's marriage is going to implode so that you can go it's not that didn't cross my

18:22mind good because enough's enough you know you shouldn't put your happiness your life on hold

18:28for one second more bridges in the past put him there firmly completely once and for all

18:37and realize what i do there is no one and i mean no one that deserves to be appreciated

18:45and admired and respected and loved as much as you do
