Tower Bridge was forced to close following a police incident, with a large emergency presence spotted near the landmark.The famous bridge was shut on Friday afternoon as footage on social media showed several police boats beneath the bridge while two fire engines were spotted on top.A number of double-decker buses could also be seen lined up on the bridge waiting to cross.
