00:00:47and i will be going on his plan to visit in india next year he says it could be yes so that is the
00:00:54very remark that's coming in from the united states president at this given point um big claims
00:01:00being made about india largely stopping russian oil by largely of course not completely but let's
00:01:07listen in to those exact exact excerpts from the press conference to understand what he said
00:01:12how's your talks with prime minister modi going on the trade team and when you're going good he's
00:01:19stopped largely he stopped buying oil from russia and he's a friend of mine and we speak and he
00:01:25wants me to go there we'll figure that out i'll go i've had a great trip there with
00:01:31my minister modi's great man and i'll be going
00:01:35you're planning to go to india next year no planning to go to india next year sir
00:01:42it could be yeah
00:01:43pranay upadhyay joins with me on the broadcast pranay a very good morning to you these are the
00:01:50comments that we are hearing from u.s president donald trump now there has been over the last couple
00:01:57of times we've seen president trump speaking about india there has been a change in tonality
00:02:02in times of what he has said about the trade deals the conversations going on between the two
00:02:08countries and now he's even said that he may be visiting india next year how are we looking at this
00:02:14good morning share and as far as uh president donald trump's india visit plans are concerned yes he
00:02:21affirmed that uh in fact prime minister narendl modi when he last met uh president donald trump
00:02:26in february 2025 uh in white house uh press prime minister narendl modi extended an invitation for
00:02:33president donald trump to visit india and uh even at that time there was an acknowledgement because
00:02:38uh in fact president donald trump uh would have visited india this year only because uh india was
00:02:44supposed to host uh uh in india is like you know is is host for uh the quad summit which could not
00:02:51take place because of the the trade tensions and because of the the current state of the relationship
00:02:56uh so uh there is a lot of uh backroom work and uh you know that's why there is a change in tonality
00:03:04of president donald trump's statement especially after 6th of september of 2025 uh if you see when
00:03:10prime minister narendl modi uh visited pianjin he had a meeting with president rishi jinping and
00:03:15president bradham and putin and thereafter there were there is a change in perception there is a
00:03:20change in uh in in statement of by president donald trump but if you see uh every time whenever he
00:03:26spoke about prime minister narendl modi he he uh he acknowledged uh and he cherished uh his
00:03:32long-standing friendship with prime minister narendl modi he appreciated prime minister narendl modi's work
00:03:36uh though he uh he always uh maintained that he want india to stop buying russian oil uh he always
00:03:44maintained and claimed that it was him uh who actually intervened uh and then stopped so there
00:03:50are a lot of contradictions as well but uh there is a consistency uh as far as his claims about
00:03:55his friendship with prime minister narendl modi and uh in fact yesterday also in response to a
00:04:01question by an indian journalist uh president donald trump acknowledged that he might visit
00:04:06india uh india next year because uh you know that there are plans and there are things in work
00:04:12but we have to see that how the bilateral trade agreement concludes of course given that it is
00:04:17president donald trump one can never be too sure of what he might say next but yes for now these are
00:04:24his remarks with regards to india and prime minister narendl modi and his visit to india or rather a
00:04:31probable visit to our country now this is breaking news coming in right at the top and this is quite
00:04:46concerning what we are learning woman's body was found in a drain in posh noida locality
00:04:52head and hands chopped off authorities in noida's sector 108 discovered a woman's dismembered body
00:05:00in a brain prompting uh in a drain and this in fact prompting a police investigation to identify
00:05:08the victim the incident has led to a heightened security and forensic efforts as officials search
00:05:14for clues and examine local cctv footage now these are the preliminary details we are in fact receiving
00:05:21in terms of the body a woman's dismembered body being found in a drain in a posh noida locality
00:05:27that is sector 108 on thursday creating panic among residents the body was found in a severely
00:05:33mutilated state with both hands and the head severe and the police said adding that efforts were being
00:05:39made to unidentify the very victim now we have himantra mishra joining us on the broadcast to
00:05:45bring us more details on this very particular information that we are gathering himantra a very good
00:05:51warning to you sur нore lightning to yoo sup se pahle or kya jan kaari mil rahe ye body jomonti
00:05:56In the area of noida, a very posh local, in the area of the art sector,
00:06:04the police had a body.
00:06:07What do you know about this?
00:06:09What is the investigation on?
00:06:12First, the first thing is to identify the body parts,
00:06:18which are in the moment.
00:06:20For this, the police are doing two things.
00:06:23The rest of the body parts are, because there is no complete body.
00:06:27The rest of the body parts are in trouble with the police team.
00:06:31Number 2.
00:06:32The CCTV cameras are trying to figure out how to find the body parts.
00:06:42Because these two things are not established.
00:06:45The first thing to understand is that the police is the first requirement.
00:06:51This is the same.
00:06:53The police will be able to find the body parts.
00:06:55This is the same.
00:06:57The police will also be able to find the body parts.
00:06:59Because the body parts are so important,
00:07:01they will make the body parts better.
00:07:03How long will the women's age remain?
00:07:05And the place will be seen as well.
00:07:06The place will be seen as well.
00:07:08The place will be found in which place.
00:07:10Thank you very much.
00:07:40That is what we are picking up from our colleague at this given point.
00:07:45The police is currently probing this particular incident but more importantly they need to
00:07:51establish the identity of the woman who has lost her life in one of the most gruesome
00:07:57ways with her body parts, dismembered body parts being found in the drainage of a posh
00:08:04locality in Noida.
00:08:08Next up we are shifting our focus to the biggest political battlefield in the country right
00:08:14now.
00:08:15This is the state of war.
00:08:16Bihar voted in full swing across 121 constituencies in phase one and the state has logged its highest
00:08:24ever voter turnout in the history with provisional voter turnout recorded at 64.66%.
00:08:32Now Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar has thanked the people of Bihar saying that
00:08:37the state has shown the way forward for the nation.
00:08:39He added that the voter turnout shows people's enthusiasm and faith in the election commission.
00:08:46Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also claimed a massive lead for the NDA in phase one asserting
00:08:50that the NDA wave is visible everywhere and that it will continue in the second phase as
00:08:56well.
00:08:58Meanwhile, Tejashvi Adav has also claimed that Bihar has lit the lamp of change after 20
00:09:04years in favour of the Mahakad Bandhan.
00:09:06He says poverty, crime and corruption are about to end and November 14th will soon be called
00:09:13the day of Bihar's progress.
00:09:15Let's in fact listen in to some of those reactions that have come in so far.
00:09:22I am going to speak to the people of IV.
00:09:24I am not saying that this is the sign of gunty NDA, I am not saying that this sign of gunty
00:09:27以外.
00:09:28After the 14th century, A drop of action, I am not saying theons in India that I am not saying
00:09:29that I am going to say that it will be called the karma.
00:09:34Not to end, but in Other people are saying that, I would agree with that.

00:10:28Now, let's tell you, Bia's phase one polling may be over, but Lucky Sarai is still burning on the political map.
00:10:51Why so? Well, Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha's convoy was attacked yesterday,
00:10:55with Kaurang being hurled at his vehicles and both sides are now trading charges.
00:11:01Sinha blames the RJD-backed workers, but the DM, in fact, there says that it was locals angry over bad roads.
00:11:10The Mahagat Bandhan calls it panic from a candidate fearing defeat.
00:11:13India Today brings you a holistic report on it.
00:11:25Bia's phase one polling wraps up.
00:11:29The storm over the Lucky Sarai showdown is only getting louder.
00:11:45Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha's convoy came under attack.
00:11:58Kaurang hurled at his vehicles.
00:12:04Sinha says this wasn't a stray mob, but RJD-backed workers trying to capture a booth.
00:12:10Kaurang hurled.
00:12:40The PM now says it wasn't a political violence at all, but locals angry over bad roads venting
00:12:46their rage.
00:12:51This has given the opposition fresh ammo, with the Mahagadbandhan claiming Sinha's outrage
00:13:13came from fear of losing the seat.
00:13:16The election commission has assured a thorough probe into the case.
00:13:32But that wasn't all, the drama peaked when Sinha stormed into a face-off with RGD MLC Ajay
00:13:54Singh on the ground.
00:13:55With tempers high and narratives split down the middle, the final word will now rest on
00:14:01what that probe uncovers.
00:14:02In the heart, the ballots may be sealed, but the battle clearly isn't.
00:14:08With tempers high and narratives split down the middle, the final word will now rest on
00:14:23what that probe uncovers.
00:14:25In the heart, the ballots may be sealed, but the battle clearly isn't.
00:14:30With Rohit Singh and Amit Bharadwaj, Bureau Report, India Today.
00:14:36Now, well, that was a glimpse of one battlefield being heated up, right, during the phase one
00:14:45of polling.
00:14:45Let's take you to another big political story that's developing in the nation.
00:14:50This is the vote chori Raga being back again.
00:14:53A Brazilian model's face surfaces on Haryana's voter rolls.
00:14:58Now, duplicate names, mismatched photos and claims of massive voter fraud.
00:15:03Rahul Gandhi calls it a hydrogen bomb, alleging a theft of 25 lakh votes in Haryana.
00:15:10But what's the truth behind the headlines?
00:15:13Let's take you into the depths of it.
00:15:15India Today hits the ground in Rai and Sonipaks to verify the faces, names and the votes Rahul
00:15:21flagged.
00:15:21Now, we identified multiple cases using the now infamous Brazilian model photo.
00:15:27And in fact, in two cases, voters admitted that their photos were wrongly printed, but said
00:15:33they voted without obstruction.
00:15:36One voter, Bhimla Devi, appeared twice on the roll, one genuine entry and another carrying
00:15:41a different EPIC number.
00:15:43But the same address and the model's image in another case.
00:15:48We identified a voter named Gunia who died in March 2022.
00:15:53Yet, her name paired with the Brazilian model's photo continued to appear in the 2024 electoral
00:16:00roll.
00:16:00Well, so, is this fraud or is this faulty data?
00:16:04The jury is still out as we cut through the noise and bring you the facts.
00:16:08Take a look at this report for more.
00:16:10Brazilian model's picture on a Haryana voter roll.
00:16:25A claim that has not just shocked the public, but also arguably shaken their trust in elections.
00:16:40So, we hit the ground in Rai, Sonipat and found the voters cited by the leader of opposition.
00:16:46On camera, on record.
00:16:50Meet Pinky from Machiroli village.
00:16:53The woman Rahul Gandhi pointed to as proof of voter fraud.
00:17:16Next door, same story.
00:17:30Munish's family also says they voted.
00:17:32A Booth-level officer in Rai confirms the wrong photo appears.
00:17:38Three times in a survey.
00:17:59A Booth-level officer in Rai confirms the wrong photo appeared three times in a survey.
00:18:03mother-in-all.
00:18:05Nude Neshi Dalai's family.
00:18:05As an observation, I found it back in a survey.
00:18:06The following is a survey of four members.
00:18:07When we first came to see an survey, when we had the Foto's list, there were three
00:18:08photos.
00:18:09I did not know.
00:18:11So, I did not get it.
00:18:12I did not get it.
00:18:14I did not get it.
00:18:17The website surveyed, I did not get it.
00:18:17The names of their names, they placed our photos.
00:18:19They changed our photos.
00:18:19They changed them.
00:18:20Then they were.
00:18:20In Rai, Vimla's son confirms a duplicate voter ID in his mother's name.
00:18:38Same address, different epic number.
00:18:42He calls it fraudulent.
00:18:50Here is another voter, Anju.
00:19:02She did not vote in 2024.
00:19:04In another case, Saroj's name appears in Rai Rolls with a Brazilian woman's photo.
00:19:23Her family is saying she moved to Bhivani in 2001 and calls the entry fraudulent, demanding a fair probe.
00:19:30In one case, the photo of a voter who died four years ago appeared to have been replaced with models.
00:19:49So who is this Brazilian model who made it to the headline slide of Rahul Gandhi's presentation against EC?
00:20:0528-year-old Larissa Neri is a model, hairstylist by profession, and a digital creator by hobby.
00:20:11She's a Brazilian who has never visited India.
00:20:14But on Wednesday morning, woke up to a flood of calls and messages.
00:20:21I was on platforms where people who want copyright, free photos, could take them.
00:20:28I don't know very well, but unfortunately, I have nothing to say.
00:20:31I don't even know what to do.
00:20:33The photo is free for anyone who wants to use it.
00:20:36Rahul Gandhi's hydrogen bomb on Haryana vote-chory began with a serious allegation.
00:20:41A Brazilian model's photo appeared 22 times in 10 booths under one constituency.
00:20:48So while the Brazilian woman may never have voted in Haryana,
00:20:52her face has now become the real revelation behind India's electoral rolls,
00:20:59which exposes deeper cracks and also leaves plenty of room for political fire.
00:21:04With video journalist Nasir from Sonipath, this is Shriyath Chatterjee for India Today.
00:21:11Shifting focus now to the state of Maharashtra.
00:21:16Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar is under fire after it emerged that a company linked to his son
00:21:22is allegedly involved in a major land scam.
00:21:26Parth Pawar, son of the NCP chief, is a partner in media enterprises,
00:21:32the firm at the center of the very controversy.
00:21:34Now, the company allegedly purchased land in Pune,
00:21:38which was valued at Rs 1,000 to Rs 800 crore for less than Rs 300 crore,
00:21:46barely one-sixth of its market price.
00:21:48Now, it is also accused of evading the mandatory 2% stamp duty.
00:21:53Initial investigations have indicated irregularities,
00:21:57both by the company accused of submitting forged documents
00:22:00and by the sub-registrar, who has since been suspended.
00:22:03Now, the Maharashtra Registration Department has also planned to initiate
00:22:07criminal proceedings into the same.
00:22:10Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Patnavis has ordered a high-level inquiry,
00:22:13assuring that strictest of actions will be taken if any wrongdoing is indeed found.
00:22:19Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar has maintained that he has no link to the matter whatsoever.
00:22:24Meanwhile, the Congress Party has demanded immediate action against Parth Pawar.
00:22:28So, this is where this particular story stands.
00:22:34And now, shifting our focus a little down south now,
00:22:37this is Karnataka that we are speaking of.
00:22:39Amid the speculation and the growing buzz of leadership change in Karnataka,
00:22:45or what we know as the November Revolution,
00:22:47Deputy Chief Minister D. K. Shiv Kumar has decisively put the rumors to rest,
00:22:53declaring his unwavering loyalty to the Congress Party.
00:22:57With dramatic clarity, Shiv Kumar has emphasized that Chief Minister Siddharth Mahiya
00:23:00will serve his full term, no matter how long that may be.
00:23:04Reaffirming his commitment, Shiv Kumar boldly stated,
00:23:07if the party says five years, ten years, or even fifteen, he will remain steadfast.
00:23:13In a sharp rebuke to any talk of internal strife or leadership change,
00:23:17he made it clear, and unity is, at this point, key,
00:23:21and whatever the party decides, he will be following.
00:23:24His powerful statement, in fact, comes after the BJP's mockery of the Congress,
00:23:29using an AI-generated video to poke fun at the ongoing leadership speculation,
00:23:34which we are playing out on our screens for you.
00:23:37But Shiva Kumar's message is clear.
00:23:40He's a disciplined soldier,
00:23:41and that the Congress will stand united in the face of all distractions.
00:23:46A shocker that's coming in from Noida,
00:23:53a severely mutilated female body was recovered from a drain in Sector 108 on Thursday.
00:24:01Now, the police said that the body was found headless and without both hands,
00:24:06making identification extremely challenging at this point.
00:24:09Now, investigators suspect that the murder may have taken place elsewhere,
00:24:13with the body being dumped in the drain to hide the victim's identity.
00:24:17A special team has, in fact, been formed to probe all leads at this point.
00:24:22The police have even sealed the area, increased patrolling,
00:24:25and are scanning CCTV footages from nearby lanes to trace the movement around the spot.
00:24:31Residents have, in fact, been urged to report any missing persons
00:24:34or unusual activity that they may have noticed.
00:24:38The incident, remember, has spiraled into a political flashpoint as well,
00:24:42as Samajwadi Party Chief Akhilesh Yadav has come out to allege
00:24:45that this reflects the true state of women's safety in Uttar Pradesh's most developed city.
00:24:51He has said that when the government is more focused on bulldozers,
00:24:53the driver's seat of law and order remains vacant.
00:24:58So, these are the details that we, in fact, are bringing to you.
00:25:01And right now, we have Himanshu Mishra joining us live from Noida at the very top.
00:25:07Himanshu, a very good morning to you.
00:25:08You are a good morning to you.

00:27:27Well viewers, this is one of the biggest challenge at this given point
00:27:32to establish the identity of the very victim that we are speaking of
00:27:36because remember both her hands and the head has been severed
00:27:40In fact, let's take you through the details of what are the facts that we have so far
00:27:45about this gruesome murder that has been uncovered in a posh locality in Noida
00:27:50It's a severely mutilated woman's body that's been found
00:27:54a naked body that's been recovered from a drain in sector 108 of Noida
00:28:01Now more importantly, the body was found in a state where it was headless
00:28:05and without both hands
00:28:07That is extremely important because that is one of the clues that they were in fact
00:28:12counting on to identify the woman but there is none
00:28:15which is why the forensics team in fact steps in at this given point
00:28:18to understand and to establish the identity
00:28:21Now cops have claimed that the body was in fact dumped in this state
00:28:26to hide the identity of the woman
00:28:28It's a horrifying murder case that we are in fact bringing to light here viewers at this point
00:28:32The cops however suspect at this point and this is rather important
00:28:36that the murder may have been committed elsewhere
00:28:40and then the body was in fact dumped in this very drain in Noida
00:28:44Now so far what we are given to understand on the investigation front is that
00:28:49SIT has been formed, the area where this body was dumped has been sealed
00:28:54and the CCTV footages from these areas are being checked
00:28:58Residents have also been asked to in fact report anything
00:29:02which might have seemed a little unusual to them
00:29:05or any missing persons that has come to their notice at this given point
00:29:10all of it is to be notified to the authorities at this given point
00:29:14So yes, these are the facts that we have before us on this very particular case
00:29:20that's now being investigated into
00:29:23but yes, the facts and the body in which state it has been recovered
00:29:27it really, really reveals a gruesome crime that's been committed
00:29:32which is now being investigated
00:29:33Now we are shifting our focus to a political breaking news coming in
00:29:46This is politics erupting over the 150 years of national song Bande Mataram
00:29:52BJP leader has come out to attack Congress
00:29:56Why so?
00:29:57Well, Congress is under a Nehru removed stanzas of Bande Mataram
00:30:01citing religious ground
00:30:03Stanzas that were hailing goddess Durga
00:30:06were removed by the grand old party of India back in the day
00:30:10Nehru, in fact in a letter had written
00:30:13and I quote Bande Mataram
00:30:15not suitable as a national song
00:30:17Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose
00:30:20wanted the full version of Bande Mataram
00:30:23This is, we are going back and referencing to what events
00:30:27had in fact taken place in history
00:30:30but right now this becomes a new political flashpoint between the BJP and the Congress
00:30:36There were portions of the national song Bande Mataram
00:30:40that was removed back in the day under the Congress's regime
00:30:44It was a recommendation that had come in from the grand old party
00:30:48There were stanzas which hailed Ma Durga
00:30:51that was removed by the Congress party
00:30:53In fact, back in the day it was Shubhash Chandra Bose
00:30:56who had come out to say that this song should become the national song
00:31:00and the entirety of the song
00:31:02The full version should be considered as the national song
00:31:07But back then these were certain stanzas
00:31:10There were certain stanzas that were removed by the Congress
00:31:13Now we have Piyush Mishra joining us on the broadcast
00:31:15with more details and context to this particular story
00:31:19But with that, before that
00:31:22we in fact have C.R. Keshavan joining us on the broadcast
00:31:26Mr. Keshavan, thank you for speaking to us on India Today
00:31:30At this point, your first reaction on this very controversy
00:31:34that's now erupted 150 years after this song, in fact, was made
00:31:40the national song
00:31:42Good morning to the audience
00:31:45Today is a very historic day
00:31:47where the Prime Minister will be participating
00:31:49in the year-long commemoration
00:31:51150th year commemoration
00:31:52of the glorious Gande Mataram
00:31:55And more importantly, our Prime Minister
00:31:56before releasing the stanzas in con
00:31:58is participating in mass recital
00:32:00of the thin version of the Gande Mataram
00:32:03This is very important for a younger generation to know
00:32:05because the younger generation should know
00:32:08how the Congress Party
00:32:09brazenly tanzas to its communal agenda
00:32:12under the Presidentship of Nehru in 1937
00:32:15in the Congress 5-2 session
00:32:16where the Congress Party truncated
00:32:19even the versions of Gande Mataram
00:32:20before it adopted itself as a national song
00:32:22We all know that the glorious Gande Mataram
00:32:25became the voice of our nation's unity and solidarity
00:32:28Gande Mataram celebrates our motherland
00:32:30with its initial nationalistic spirit
00:32:31and foster patriotism
00:32:32It never belonged to any religion
00:32:34It never belonged to any language
00:32:36It wanted to be all different
00:32:37In fact, the British made the chanting
00:32:40of Gande Mataram a single lesson
00:32:41But the Congress Party
00:32:43with its parochial perspective
00:32:45committed the historic sin
00:32:46and blunder of religion
00:32:47Gande Mataram to religion
00:32:49And the Congress and the
00:32:50Merrius Congress President in 1937
00:32:53citing religious grounds
00:32:54celebrately removed stanzas
00:32:56of the Gande Mataram
00:32:57which they, you know,
00:32:59called as Madirga
00:33:00the Congress Party
00:33:01removed stanzas
00:33:02which were hailing God as
00:33:03Durga's motherland
00:33:06And the letters seen here
00:33:07are blatant proof for that
00:33:09In a letter dated September 1, 1937
00:33:12Nehri Brazenly writes that
00:33:14anybody considering the words
00:33:15in the original Gande Mataram
00:33:17as anything to do with the goddess
00:33:18was abjai
00:33:19And he also derisively
00:33:20offends that Gande Mataram
00:33:22is not suitable as a national song
00:33:23And we all know that
00:33:24Netaji both
00:33:25You know, Gande Mataram
00:33:27was written by
00:33:28Banking Chandra Chattopadhyay
00:33:30in 1875
00:33:31and it was published in 1982
00:33:32in Nan and Mas
00:33:33and it was sung by
00:33:35Rabindranath Chattopadhyay
00:33:36in 1896
00:33:37But Netaji both
00:33:39was a strong
00:33:40advocate of the
00:33:40full version of
00:33:41Gande Mataram
00:33:42There in a letter dated
00:33:43October 1937
00:33:45Nehri writes to Netaji
00:33:47both saying that
00:33:48the background of
00:33:48Gande Mataram
00:33:49was likely to irritate
00:33:50a particular community
00:33:52And he says that
00:33:53there does seem to be
00:33:54substance in the
00:33:55outcry against Gande Mataram
00:33:56that people who are
00:33:57communalistically inclined
00:33:58have been affected
00:33:59Look at the way
00:34:00they are pandering
00:34:01to the politics
00:34:03of polarization
00:34:03and in 1937
00:34:05when Nehru
00:34:05blanked out the mention
00:34:07of Gaudet Ma Girga
00:34:08by trumpeting
00:34:08the organization
00:34:09of the Gande Mataram
00:34:10Rahul Gandhi
00:34:11echoed the same word
00:34:12in 2024
00:34:13when he said
00:34:14there is a world
00:34:15in Hindu Dharma
00:34:15calling the Shakti
00:34:16and the fact it had been said
00:34:17The bottom line is
00:34:19that the Hindu-garabi
00:34:20mentality of Nehru
00:34:21finds a pungent echo
00:34:23on Rahul Gandhi
00:34:24who recently even
00:34:25demeaned the Church Puja
00:34:26as a drama
00:34:27helping you know
00:34:28sentiment to close the door
00:34:29to show it is important
00:34:30that on the Lord
00:34:31Mr. Keshavan
00:34:31let me also
00:34:32Mr. Keshavan
00:34:33I just want to understand here
00:34:34putting things into
00:34:36a little bit of a
00:34:37historical context
00:34:38here as well
00:34:38and you yourself
00:34:39mentioned Rabindranath Tagore
00:34:40and if I am not wrong
00:34:42if we look at the
00:34:43sequence of events
00:34:45that had taken place
00:34:46back in the day
00:34:46it was Rabindranath Tagore
00:34:47himself
00:34:48who had also come out
00:34:49to say
00:34:50that maybe
00:34:51given the time
00:34:52and the circumstances
00:34:53within the nation
00:34:54at that point
00:34:55the first two stanzas
00:34:56is what they should
00:34:57be sticking to
00:34:58and let go
00:34:59of the rest
00:35:00the ones that
00:35:00we are referring to
00:35:01here
00:35:01so I would also
00:35:02want your comment
00:35:03on that
00:35:03that there were
00:35:04leaders who had
00:35:05leaders and
00:35:06personalities back
00:35:07then would come
00:35:08in and suggested
00:35:09that maybe
00:35:10this should be
00:35:11the way forward
00:35:12my question to you
00:35:13would also be
00:35:14what does the BJP
00:35:15at this point
00:35:15demand on this
00:35:16very matter
00:35:17well the first
00:35:18thing is
00:35:19it's very important
00:35:20it's the first
00:35:20thing to have
00:35:21to see
00:35:21like I said
00:35:22the full version
00:35:23of the Rabindranath
00:35:24was sung by
00:35:25Rabindranath Tagore
00:35:26in the congress
00:35:27session in Calcutta
00:35:28in 1896
00:35:28who was the
00:35:29president of the
00:35:30congress at that
00:35:30time
00:35:31it was a person
00:35:32called Rahim
00:35:32Nusilla
00:35:33Chayani
00:35:34a Muslim leader
00:35:34they had no
00:35:35objection
00:35:36you had people
00:35:37like Dokaleji
00:35:38Radha Bainaroji
00:35:39they were
00:35:40possibly
00:35:40finalized
00:35:41Rabindranath
00:35:42was communalized
00:35:43only under the
00:35:44presidentship
00:35:44of Congress
00:35:45that is the
00:35:46issue
00:35:47right
00:35:48right
00:35:49Mr. Keshavan
00:35:49thank you
00:35:50for speaking
00:35:50to us
00:35:51on India
00:35:51today
00:35:51and putting
00:35:52forward
00:35:52your party
00:35:53stance
00:35:53and your
00:35:54stance
00:35:54on this
00:35:55particular
00:35:55matter
00:35:55right now
00:35:56going back
00:35:57to Piyush
00:35:57Mishra
00:35:58who continues
00:35:59to be with
00:35:59us on the
00:35:59broadcast
00:36:00Piyush
00:36:00very good
00:36:01morning to
00:36:01you
00:36:01you know
00:36:02we just
00:36:02heard
00:36:03BJP
00:36:04spokesperson
00:36:04CR Keshavan
00:36:05also speak
00:36:06on this
00:36:06and their
00:36:07point is
00:36:08it was
00:36:08because
00:36:09they were
00:36:09trying to
00:36:10appease
00:36:10a certain
00:36:11community
00:36:11that they
00:36:12had in
00:36:13fact
00:36:13let go
00:36:14of these
00:36:14few
00:36:16stanzas
00:36:16towards the
00:36:17end
00:36:17which
00:36:17hailed
00:36:18Ma Durga
00:36:18in it
00:36:19and how
00:36:20we're looking
00:36:20at this
00:36:21from a
00:36:21political
00:36:21flashpoint
00:36:22at this
00:36:22given point
00:36:23given
00:36:23what the
00:36:24Congress
00:36:24what the
00:36:25BJP
00:36:26has had
00:36:26to say
00:36:27inciting
00:36:28the
00:36:28letter
00:36:29that was
00:36:29written
00:36:29by
00:36:30Fanda
00:36:31Jawaharlal
00:36:32Nehru
00:36:32at that
00:36:32point
00:36:33well that's
00:36:36right
00:36:36what we're
00:36:36now learning
00:36:37is that
00:36:37a lot
00:36:37of
00:36:38politics
00:36:38is

00:38:22as per
00:38:22information
00:38:23that we are
00:38:23receiving
00:38:24told that
00:38:24these ministers
00:38:25that the
00:38:26leaders in
00:38:27the state
00:38:27should remain
00:38:28calm
00:38:29and not
00:38:29be speaking
00:38:30out of
00:38:31turn
00:38:31in the
00:38:32media
00:38:32no decision
00:38:33was taken
00:38:33however
00:38:34regarding
00:38:34any of
00:38:35the said
00:38:36matters
00:38:37that were
00:38:37discussed
00:38:38by the
00:38:39high command
00:38:39so right
00:38:39now we
00:38:39have
00:38:40Nagarjun
00:38:40Dwarkhanath
00:38:41who is
00:38:42in fact
00:38:42with us
00:38:42to bring
00:38:42us more
00:38:43details
00:38:43on this
00:38:44particular
00:38:44matter
00:38:45Nagarjun
00:38:46a very
00:38:46good morning
00:38:46to you
00:38:47we've been
00:38:47looking at
00:38:49this chief
00:38:49ministerial
00:38:50Nataka
00:38:51in
00:38:51Karnataka
00:38:52for the
00:38:52past few
00:38:53months now
00:38:54and only
00:38:55in the
00:38:56recent times
00:38:57were we
00:38:57seeing more
00:38:58voices
00:38:58coming in
00:38:59from within
00:39:00the party
00:39:00commenting on
00:39:02this very
00:39:02matter
00:39:02now there
00:39:03was already
00:39:03a November
00:39:04revolution
00:39:05that was
00:39:05being speculated
00:39:07a cabinet
00:39:08reshuffle
00:39:08that was
00:39:09being speculated
00:39:09and whether
00:39:10the chief
00:39:10minister will
00:39:11be changing
00:39:12halfway through
00:39:13the congress's
00:39:14term
00:39:14while the
00:39:15high command
00:39:15has maintained
00:39:16that people
00:39:16should be
00:39:17keeping their
00:39:18calm
00:39:18within the
00:39:19Karnataka
00:39:19congress unit
00:39:20are things
00:39:21actually
00:39:22absolutely
00:39:23fine within
00:39:23the party
00:39:24that still
00:39:24remains to be
00:39:25the question
00:39:26in fact
00:39:29the two
00:39:29senior
00:39:29ministers
00:39:30have
00:39:30confirmed
00:39:31to us
00:39:31that
00:39:31recently
00:39:32they flew
00:39:32to Delhi
00:39:33to meet
00:39:33the party
00:39:34high command
00:39:34and these
00:39:35two also
00:39:35are from
00:39:36the chief
00:39:36minister's
00:39:37camp
00:39:37and they
00:39:37went to
00:39:38Delhi
00:39:38to meet
00:39:38the party
00:39:38high command
00:39:39to put
00:39:40in a request
00:39:40as to give
00:39:41us clarity
00:39:41as to what's
00:39:42happening
00:39:42in Karnataka
00:39:42would there
00:39:43be a
00:39:43reshuffle
00:39:43would there
00:39:44be the
00:39:44change of
00:39:44leadership
00:39:45and if at
00:39:46all it's
00:39:46happening
00:39:46when would
00:39:47it happen
00:39:47so what
00:39:48is the
00:39:48plan of
00:39:49action
00:39:49from the
00:39:50congress
00:39:50high command
00:39:50while
00:39:51the congress
00:39:51high command
00:39:52told these
00:39:53ministers
00:39:53not to
00:39:54panic
00:39:54and ask
00:39:55everyone
00:39:55to stay
00:39:55calm
00:39:56in the
00:39:56state
00:39:56of
00:39:56Karnataka
00:39:57and they
00:39:57also expressed
00:39:58disappointment
00:39:59that many
00:39:59leaders
00:40:00in the
00:40:00state
00:40:00are speaking
00:40:01out of
00:40:01turn
00:40:02and that's
00:40:02the reason
00:40:03why media
00:40:04is also
00:40:04discussing
00:40:04the change
00:40:05of
00:40:05leadership
00:40:05and also
00:40:06reshuffle
00:40:06these two
00:40:07ministers
00:40:08came back
00:40:08and met
00:40:08the chief
00:40:09minister
00:40:09Siddharam
00:40:10here and
00:40:10expressed
00:40:11and briefed
00:40:11him
00:40:12what transpired
00:40:13in Delhi
00:40:13after the
00:40:14meeting
00:40:14with high
00:40:14command
00:40:15chief
00:40:15ministers
00:40:16expressed
00:40:17that it
00:40:17is the
00:40:18responsibility
00:40:18of the
00:40:19congress
00:40:19high command
00:40:20to ensure
00:40:20that people
00:40:21in Karnataka
00:40:21don't speak
00:40:22out of
00:40:22turn
00:40:23in the
00:40:23media
00:40:23what one
00:40:26can interpret
00:40:26is that
00:40:27the congress
00:40:27high command
00:40:28has neither
00:40:28denied
00:40:29neither accepted
00:40:30change of
00:40:30leadership
00:40:31they have
00:40:31said status
00:40:32quo
00:40:32and asked
00:40:33everyone
00:40:33to remain
00:40:33calm
00:40:34as of
00:40:35now

00:40:37do
00:40:37thank you
00:40:38for bringing
00:40:39us all
00:40:39these details
00:40:40and viewers
00:40:41as we speak
00:40:42this is
00:40:43a time
00:40:44when we
00:40:44see that
00:40:45there has
00:40:45been
00:40:46conversations
00:40:46over
00:40:47whether
00:40:48there is
00:40:48a game
00:40:49of thrones

00:40:50going on
00:40:51within
00:40:51the

00:40:52and let's
00:40:53take you
00:40:53through
00:40:53some more
00:40:54details
00:40:54of what's
00:40:55happening
00:40:55in the
00:40:56very state
00:40:57when we
00:40:57speak of
00:40:58the

00:40:59now amid

00:44:40The first stage of the meeting was finished. Bumper voting has made us.
00:44:46Today I can say that we've worked to make the victory for the death of Mahogarabandhan.
00:44:54All the workers and all of the people of the people,
00:44:59the people of the people who give the power of the government.
00:45:03This spirit, this truth, this position, we need to look at 11th century.
00:45:10Well, so viewers, this is where it all stands after the phase one polling in Bihar.
00:45:25And let us tell you, one very important point this election was the voter turnout of Mahila voters.
00:45:32That seemed to be a key, key point because we could see women on the ground.
00:45:37Our team of reporters who were, in fact, covering elections from across the state yesterday had, in fact, brought us reports with regards to how Mahila voters were turning up in great numbers to exercise their democratic right.
00:45:52Well, whether this voter turnout is indeed an implication of the fact that there is change coming in the state, that is something we will be, in fact, tracking on November 14th.
00:46:01But right now, Amit Bhardwa joins me from Patna to bring us more details from the ground.
00:46:06Amit, a very good morning to you.
00:46:08You've been constantly keeping a track and you also were bringing us information with regards to how Mahila voters were quite seen in numbers, this time at the polling booths, coming in to exercise their democratic right.
00:46:21But this time, yes, historic turnout in totality in the very state.
00:46:26What is the pulse on the ground at this point?
00:46:29Shreya, to begin with, I was in Bihar, even in 2020, Assembly elections, and despite the COVID impact, people coming from all sorts of cities across India back to their homes in Bihar,
00:46:45the voting percentage was around 57%, but you see nearly 7% jumped this time around.
00:46:52What could be the cause?
00:46:54All through the day, we saw women voters were literally unstoppable.
00:46:59Their lines were not ending anytime soon.
00:47:02And even till 5 p.m. in the evening, you could see the women coming to the polling stations and casting their vote.
00:47:07And if you look at the overall number, 67% is the overall picture for Bihar, but then you also have pictures coming from Muzaffarpur, where this data has crossed 71%.
00:47:18So that is phenomenal voting percentage.
00:47:21You know, if you even compare to any other state, because anything which touches 70% mark is considered to be a historic, you know, electoral percentage across India.
00:47:34So that is a very inspiring story that has come up in the first phase of election.
00:47:40Women voters were literally in large numbers.
00:47:43So what we saw in Sivan, when I was there in different constituencies of Sivan, the queue for women voters started even before 6.30 in the morning.
00:47:52So many of these people who might have thought that, you know, let's get done with the voting first and then get involved in the house activities or the duties, homely duties,
00:48:03because the rural landscape of Bihar is such that you have to take care of your homely duties as well as any farm activity or labor activity.
00:48:14If at all you have to do, possibly you will do it after that.
00:48:18But if you have elections on the day, possibly everything is kept at bay.
00:48:23And all through the day, you had these women voters coming to the polling stations and casting their vote.
00:48:28One very important thing, Shreya, you know, we stumbled upon somebody in Sivan near Muhammad Shahbuddin's native village from a Yadav community.
00:48:40That person was saying that he does not know as to who the women from his own family were casting vote to.
00:48:47So that is the kind of confusion that the Netas would have if the family members have it at this point in time.
00:48:54And that makes Bihar battle even more interesting.
00:48:57Now, the question would be, will this trend follow up in the second phase of voting as well?
00:49:02Back to you.
00:49:02That is a question that we are, in fact, indeed looking at.
00:49:06And basically, we can definitely say this at this point that people in Bihar are politically aware.
00:49:14And whether this particular voter turnout percentage is a sign of change or not within the state,
00:49:19that is something we will be bringing to you on November 14, viewers.
00:49:23But right now, we are shifting our focus to a different story.
00:49:27This is from the state of Maharashtra now.
00:49:30Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar is under fire after it emerged that a company linked to his son is allegedly involved in a major land scam.
00:49:40Parth Pawar, son of the NCP chief, is a partner in Amadeya Enterprises, the firm at the center of this very controversy.
00:49:48Now, the company has allegedly purchased land in Pune, valued at 1,000 crore to 800 crore rupees, for less than 300 crore rupees, which is barely one-sixth of its market price.
00:50:01It is also accused of evading the mandatory 2% stamp duty.
00:50:05Initial investigations indicate irregularities both by the company accused of submitting forged documents and by the sub-registrar who has since been suspended.
00:50:16Now, the Maharashtra Registration Department also plans to initiate criminal proceedings at this point.
00:50:22Maharashtra Chief Minister, on the other hand, Devendra Fadnavis, has ordered a high-level inquiry assuring that strict action will be taken if any wrongdoing is found.
00:50:31Meanwhile, Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar himself has maintained that he has no link to the matter whatsoever.
00:50:37The Congress party, however, has demanded an immediate action against Ajit Pawar's son, Parth Pawar.
00:50:44The Fore qualifications, theistle of the First War at the Seguise Street area, has also applied the
00:51:05Thank you very much.
00:51:35So viewers, this is what we are learning at this given point.
00:51:57Let us tell you, when we speak of this multi-crore scam, this is the mahar vatan government land
00:52:03that is involved in this particular controversy and approximately 40 acres of this very land
00:52:10is what we are given to understand which is valued at 1,800 crore rupees but was only
00:52:16in fact sold at 300 crore rupees to this very enterprise and that is the very crux of this
00:52:23very scam that is now coming to light from Maharashtra.
00:52:28Well, officials have spoken about forged documents being involved in this very particular case
00:52:33at this given point.
00:52:35There is also making government land appear privately owned that we are given to understand
00:52:40lies in the heart.
00:52:41So there are several charges that we see has come to light at this given point but whether
00:52:45these charges stand or not, that is something a team has been formed to in fact investigate
00:52:50into as the Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis himself has said that strictest of actions
00:52:55shall be taken if indeed there is any merit to this very case.
00:53:00I will bring to you breaking news that is coming in from down south, specifically from
00:53:03this team, Tamil Nadu.
00:53:04Now, DMK Ally, Congress's big message to Stalin cops.
00:53:09This is Karthi P. Chidambaram who has come out to post this on his platform X on the backdrop
00:53:15of the horrific Coimbatore ganglion.
00:53:17He has come out to say, time for Tamil Nadu cops to prove metal.
00:53:21Statewide show of force operation is needed.
00:53:24This is Congress MP, Karthi Chidambaram who said that the time has come for the Tamil Nadu
00:53:28police to prove its metal.
00:53:29A statewide show of force operation is needed immediately.
00:53:33Massive checking of all vehicles, plying the roads and identity checks must be done.
00:53:38All history sheeters must be required to report to the nearest police station thrice a week.
00:53:43Public must be made to feel safe.
00:53:45This in fact has come in in the backdrop of the Coimbatore gang rape case over which as well
00:53:51the leader had posted, expressing his condemnation about the very incident and also concern with
00:53:57regards to women's safety in Tamil Nadu.
00:54:00And now we have Anaka Keshiv joining us on the broadcast to put it into further context
00:54:04for us.
00:54:05Anaka, very good morning to you.
00:54:07Let's understand what has been said by Karthi P. Chidambaram on the entire Coimbatore gang
00:54:12rape case and in general about the Tamil Nadu police requiring to show their mettle with
00:54:18a show of force statewide.
00:54:21Good morning to you is Will Shreya.
00:54:23In fact, Saty P. Chidambaram, who is a Congress MP and ally of DNK, has stated that the gruesome
00:54:29sexual assault on a young woman in Coimbatore has shocked him greatly.
00:54:33And as a father of a daughter of a similar age, this incident, he says, has worried him
00:54:38about the status of affairs of our society.
00:54:41And therefore, he has urged the Chief Minister to ensure that there is a show of force by the
00:54:46Tamil Nadu police and that involves massive checking of all vehicles, flying the roads
00:54:51and identity checks must be done mandatory.
00:54:55Another suggestion that Karthi has put in is that all history-sheeters must be reporting
00:55:00to the police station at least twice a week in order to report their attendance.
00:55:05He says that this exercise has to be done in order to ensure that the public are made
00:55:10to feel safe.
00:55:11He says that this particular incident where the alleged perpetrators have been apprehended
00:55:16needs more to be done.
00:55:17And therefore, he says that the Tamil Nadu police needs to be more vigilant and to ensure that
00:55:22there is a greater show of force to ensure that the public are made to feel safe.
00:55:26Right, Anaga.
00:55:27Absolutely.
00:55:28Thank you for bringing us all those details with regards to this very comment that's been
00:55:33made.
00:55:34Viewers, let me quickly take you through what exactly was the Coimbatore gang rape case that
00:55:38had come to light wherein there was a student and her male friend beneath who were attacked
00:55:43while sitting in a parked car and the assailants, three of them, had come in to smash their windshield.
00:55:48They assaulted the male friend with a sickle, dragged the woman to a secluded spot where she
00:55:54was in fact gang rape.
00:55:56A gruesome case that had come to light from Tamil Nadu, specifically from Coimbatore over
00:56:01which Kaatipi Jadamaram had come out to express concern on his platform X saying that he was
00:56:06shocked with the incident.
00:56:08And as a father of a daughter of a similar age himself, this incident worried him about
00:56:13the state of affairs of our society.
00:56:15And while the alleged perpetrators have been apprehended, more needs to be done.
00:56:20Post that, this very comment comes in that there needs to be a stricter action from the
00:56:25Tamil Nadu police at this very given point.
00:56:28With that now, we're shifting our focus to the national capital.
00:56:31And well, it is that very season that we've been focusing on with winter setting in the
00:56:37national capital.
00:56:38There is also the season of air quality index being dropping to concerning levels.
00:56:44Delhi continues to breathe toxic air as pollution levels worsen in the national capital.
00:56:50The average AQI in the national capital stood at 312.5.
00:56:56The AQI in Anand Vihar, Ames, Savdarjung, Lodhi Road, Kartavya Path were reported in the
00:57:02very poor category with visibility reduced to almost none.
00:57:07The highest AQI was recorded in Bawana at 366, while the lowest was reported in the Lodhi Road
00:57:13area at 224.
00:57:15Now Delhi government has taken several measures to curb pollution, including the deployment
00:57:19of water sprinklers.
00:57:20But not much improvement has been seen since the air quality began to deteriorate.
00:57:25Not just Delhi, let us tell you, neighbouring Noida and Gurugram too have been witnessing
00:57:30similar air pollution at this given point.
00:57:32And we are bringing to you visuals from different parts of Delhi at this given point to, in fact,
00:57:37bring an image of what exactly is the condition in the NCR at this point.
00:57:42With that, Piyush Misha joins us on the broadcast to bring us more details on this.
00:57:46Piyush, we were just taking a look at the pictures and even early morning today, we could
00:57:51see visibility having decreased and also the AQI having dipped and there is a thick layer
00:57:59of smog that shrouded the entire Delhi NCR.
00:58:03Well, that's right, Shreya.
00:58:04We can clearly see a thick layer of smog and Delhi is covered under the blanket of this
00:58:10thick layer because the rising pollution level in national capital in the last three days,
00:58:15the pollution level was under poor category, but now it has breached the mark of poor category
00:58:20and has now entered into very poor category.
00:58:22To talk about the areas where it has crossed the mark of 311.
00:58:32So, in various parts of Delhi, the air quality has now entered into the very poor category
00:58:37and the main contributor to this air pollution is PM2.5.
00:58:41Though the Delhi government is saying that they are taking all measures to ensure that air pollution
00:58:46does not increase and people are given respite, but the air pollution,
00:58:51the air pollution in Delhi is increasing day by day.
00:58:54The MET department has also predicted that similar sort of weather conditions will continue
00:58:58in the next few days, which means that air will flow with a speed of 15 km per hour,
00:59:03which is certainly indicating that air pollution will not decrease for the next three to four days.
00:59:08So, the situation continues to remain the same as people will continue to grapple with the
00:59:13rising pollution in national Delhi.
00:59:15Absolutely, Piyush.
00:59:16In fact, this morning itself, the temperatures have also dipped a little lower than usual
00:59:22and with that we see the AQI crisis indeed worsening in the national capital region.
00:59:29Thank you for all those details and viewers, we leave it at that on this very subject.
00:59:34From down south, Kerala derives its name from Kera, meaning coconut, the land of coconut trees.
00:59:45God's own country, however, today fears losing the status as coconut trees
00:59:50and the coconut production in the state is on a gradual decline.
00:59:54Kerala is witnessing an unprecedented rise in the price of coconuts and coconut oil.
01:00:13With coconuts now selling at over 70 rupees a kilo and oil nearing 430 rupees a litre.
01:00:20Experts blame climate change, pest attacks, land diversion for construction,
01:00:27and shortage of skilled labour for the sharp decline in production.
01:00:31As Shriram Oil Mill in Thiruvananthapuram, it's a busy evening.
01:00:36But owner Hariharan, who has been in the business for 40 years,
01:00:40says sourcing coconuts has become increasingly difficult.
01:00:45As far as we have made it, during the day of not making it economic growth
01:00:48after the day of the day of the day of the day,
01:00:50the pressure in the day of the day of the day of the day of the day is about to make itственное.
01:00:53It was done before the day of the day of the day and the day of the day and the day of the day.
01:00:59All of this thing is that everyone is making it easy,
01:01:01the day of the day of the day and day of day.
01:01:03I live in a tent.
01:01:05The days that all of the day I am and I have toile,
01:01:07the days that all of us have to work in the day.
01:01:09I don't know what the hell is happening.
01:01:10I don't know how much I can do it.
01:01:11I don't know how much I can do it.
01:01:14I don't know how much I can do it.
01:01:17I can't do it.
01:01:18I can't do it.
01:01:19I can't do it.
01:01:21Coconut remains essential in every Malayali household.
01:01:26Demand hasn't vanished, but people are buying less.
01:01:30Restaurants, once loyal to coconut oil, have switched to cheaper alternatives.
01:01:36A surge in global demand has also worsened the supply crunch.
01:01:40Neighboring states like Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh have adopted scientific farming and better pest control,
01:01:47leaving Kerala lagging behind.
01:01:52Climate change has intensified the problem.
01:01:55Heavier, shorter rains and warmer nights have made crops vulnerable to pests,
01:02:00especially the red palm weevil, now a major threat.
01:02:06The labour shortage has made things worse.
01:02:09Earlier, skilled climbers cleaned the crown of the trees, preventing infestations.
01:02:14Today, migrant workers use climbing devices that often can't reach the crown, leaving trees exposed.
01:02:22Another key concern, experts say, is land conversion.
01:02:27Fertile coconut groves giving way to villas and high rises.
01:02:32First, we have to increase the planning, training to the labourers for plantation management.
01:02:45The improper manuring and fertiliser application.
01:02:49Restrict the constructions.
01:02:51That's the main thing.
01:02:54You know, as Malayalese, we have often faced this question from non-Malayalese as to why do we add coconut into literally everything.
01:03:01Well, that's the kind of role this one crop plays in various ways in our day-to-day lives.
01:03:06And today, when we talk about this crisis, we're not just talking about losing a crop that plays a very important role in our day-to-day lives,
01:03:13but about an identity that's so closely attached to the name of this very state, Kerala.
01:03:18In a shocking twist, the Miss Universe pageant faced a major crisis.
01:03:29What was meant to be a celebration of empowerment spiraled into a controversy with accusations of mistreatment and power struggles.
01:03:36Take a look at this report.
01:03:39Hi, and welcome to Miss Universe Predictions.
01:03:41What started as a glittering global gala quickly turned into a crisis of respect and ethics and power struggles.
01:03:48In a shocking turn of events, the pageant, meant to celebrate strength and empowerment, now faces accusations of misbehaviour.
01:04:00You are the man.
01:04:02No, no, not about you.
01:04:04Not about you.
01:04:05Not about you.
01:04:06It's not about me.
01:04:07It's about all the people that are with you.
01:04:09I didn't give you opportunity to talk.
01:04:11Please, keep polite for me.
01:04:14I'm still talking.
01:04:15I'm still talking.
01:04:16Listen.
01:04:17It all started at a sashing ceremony in Thailand,
01:04:20where Nuat Istra Grasal, the controversial CEO of Miss Grand International,
01:04:25was seen publicly berating contestants, leading to walkouts and a growing storm of criticism.
01:04:31The most dramatic moment came when Miss Universe Mexico, Fatima Bosch, was allegedly called dumb by Nawad, sparking an emotional confrontation.
01:04:43I respect all of you.
01:04:45I think that you are amazing people.
01:04:47But what just your director did is not respectful.
01:04:52The tension escalated quickly.
01:04:54Bosch stormed out and several other contestants, including reigning Miss Universe.
01:04:59Victoria Ketelvi followed in solidarity, refusing to stand by as the Miss Universe event was overshadowed by disrespect and hostility.
01:05:08The Miss Universe organization swiftly condemned the incident.
01:05:15I will not allow the values of respect and dignity towards women to be violated.
01:05:19Unfortunately, Nawad has forgotten the true meaning of what it means to be a host.
01:05:24Facing intense backlash, Nuat Istra Grasal attempted to defuse the situation, issuing a public apology.
01:05:34Claiming his remarks were misunderstood and insisted that he had privately addressed the issue with affected delegates.
01:05:41You must understand, the pressure is a lot. I am the human. Sometimes, I cannot control. But by the way, I have not intended to harm anyone. Because I respect all of you. But sometimes, I have to say, I am so sorry this happened.
01:06:06This isn't the first time Nawad has been at the center of controversy. His own organization, Miss Grand International, has faced repeated allegations of favoritism, body shaming and mismanagement.
01:06:20In 2024, India's first Miss Grand International winner, Rachel Gupta, was forced to give up her crown, citing similar misconduct during her reign.
01:06:29In an era where respect and integrity for women should be non-negotiable, incidents like this threaten to undermine the very idols these global platforms claim to represent.
01:06:42The question remains, can they restore the trust they have lost?
01:06:46EuroReport, India Today.
01:06:49The Indian players, after their World Cup winning campaign, called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the national capital.
01:06:57The players talked to the Prime Minister about their hurdles, experiences and much more over the course of their meeting.
01:07:03Deepti Sharma, who was the player of the tournament, caught up with my colleague Nitin Srivastava after that meeting,
01:07:10as she gave insights into the interaction with Prime Minister Modi and looked back at the very campaign.
01:07:16Take a look at this very conversation.
01:07:25You, as a player, how do you see this change in the set-up?
01:07:29Because there were a lot of ups and downs.
01:07:32There were no matches.
01:07:33If I go a lot back then, when Diana and Shanta were playing,
01:07:36or even when Mitali came, Anjum came.
01:07:38All of them.
01:07:39Then there came a moment in 2005,
01:07:42where we should win the finals.
01:07:44But in the next year, BCCI adopted women's cricket.
01:07:48How do you see all these conversions?
01:07:50First of all, it was cricket, but there were no facilities.
01:07:54But it was slowly built.
01:07:56The first of all, the senior players,
01:08:00and as we saw them, we saw how to start cricket.
01:08:06So, today, we reached this moment.
01:08:09You have also mentioned in 2017.
01:08:11That was our turning point.
01:08:13Because when that team reached,
01:08:15we were playing in lots,
01:08:16the match of England.
01:08:17It was an inch closer to lift the trophy.
01:08:20But when we came back,
01:08:22it was in India,
01:08:23that this team had to win the final,
01:08:25but they were showcasing the talent.
01:08:28So, all of the players started talking about it.
01:08:32What was the fusion there?
01:08:35When it came in 2020,
01:08:36this team had to be with this mindset,
01:08:38or that it was ours?
01:08:39I mean, this is a lift,
01:08:40and this is a World Cup.
01:08:41No one can take it from us.
01:08:43Yes, absolutely.
01:08:44So, if I talk about the 2017 World Cup,
01:08:47then, after that,
01:08:48I was changed from everyone's life.
01:08:51We were supposed to have the runners-up,
01:08:53but we also had a lot of people's hearts.
01:08:55Because the final match never happened.
01:08:58After that,
01:08:59we reached the finals.
01:09:01There were a lot of changes in women's cricket.
01:09:04There were a lot of changes in women's cricket.
01:09:05And now,
01:09:06there are many players who are also coming to cricket
01:09:09who are practicing in every academy.
01:09:12So, for them,
01:09:13there are a lot of good future.
01:09:14And,
01:09:15like in 2020,
01:09:16I'm talking about it.
01:09:17So,
01:09:18whoever is actually a young team,
01:09:20whoever is here,
01:09:21whoever is here,
01:09:22whoever is here,
01:09:23they are doing good in every department.
01:09:25And,
01:09:26we want to learn how we can learn from senior players
01:09:29and how we can build a good team
01:09:31in the Indian team.
01:09:33When you win the trophy,
01:09:36I will tell you,
01:09:38you know,
01:09:39everyone knows that
01:09:40the team has played a lot of games
01:09:42with the bats and the game.
01:09:43You know,
01:09:44they have played 5 wickets in the finals.
01:09:45And,
01:09:46even with Kamal's production.
01:09:47I mean,
01:09:48the series has named them as a best player.
01:09:49How big was this moment for you?
01:09:51Because,
01:09:52when the start of the tournament,
01:09:53our start was not good.
01:09:55But,
01:09:56finally,
01:09:57we won the semi-final
01:09:58in a very difficult way.
01:10:00We told you,
01:10:01that now we will not go back.
01:10:02And,
01:10:03especially for the tournament,
01:10:04the World Cup,
01:10:05and your performance.
01:10:06Because,
01:10:07the ball came,
01:10:08Harman had the catch,
01:10:09that is now
01:10:10in a situation.
01:10:11Absolutely.
01:10:12And,
01:10:13obviously,
01:10:14I told you,
01:10:15what I was waiting for you,
01:10:16it was a destiny.
01:10:17That,
01:10:18that,
01:10:19the world cup is in India,
01:10:20in your home condition,
01:10:21in your home condition,
01:10:22in your home support.
01:10:23So,
01:10:24this is going to happen.
01:10:25I mean,
01:10:26the trophy is going to win.
01:10:27I think,
01:10:28that God has already written it.
01:10:29And,
01:10:30that has also happened.
01:10:31And,
01:10:32if I talk about you,
01:10:33as an all-rounder,
01:10:35that you have done well.
01:10:37So,
01:10:38I would like to give this credit,
01:10:39to my brother,
01:10:40to my brother,
01:10:41to my brother,
01:10:42who has practiced so many years,
01:10:44with me.
01:10:45In the next session,
01:10:46whoever has done drills,
01:10:48will help me today,
01:10:50that I can play shots,
01:10:52and,
01:10:53whatever areas,
01:10:54I have done well.
01:10:56In that,
01:10:57I feel proud.
01:10:58And,
01:10:59same with bowling.
01:11:00Bowling,
01:11:01I can face the challenges,
01:11:02I can face the challenges,
01:11:03I feel good for the team.
01:11:05So,
01:11:06I can give the breakthroughs,
01:11:09the way it will be better.
01:11:10With that,
01:11:11viewers,

01:11:13to this fairy bulletin.
