00:00Have you ever wondered what kind of state tenants who don't pay the rent leave their

00:03landlord's houses in? So the tenant who lived in this house was here for around two years

00:08and for the last eight months decided to just stop paying the rent. So as we walked in through

00:12the front door the first thing that hit us was the smell. It was horrific. So as you can see

00:17the hob has not been cleaned for probably a good few months and the oven oh my god there is moles

00:24growing inside there as you can see from the zoom in. The tenant owes the landlord over 12,000 pounds

00:30in damages but here's what happened when the landlord coincidentally bumped into the tenant.

00:35Now guys she told me she's seen my videos. She's not very happy about the fact that I've made these

00:40videos and they've got over 670,000 views. You still owe us thousands of pounds so you best believe

00:45I'm going to keep posting. Now she also told me that loads of people in the town have seen my videos

00:51and have found out that it's her but unfortunately that's not really my problem because as you all

00:57know I haven't released any information about her and even though there's been comments saying name

01:02and shame I haven't done that. If you want to save your reputation maybe don't leave up the walls and

01:07owe your landlord 12 grand in rent and damages. If your reputation's now in the gutter sorry babe

01:13but that's on you. Her video sparked debate online so she took to social media to respond to questions

01:18about the tenant. Someone said oh well if they weren't paying the rent there must be a reason

01:22there wasn't a reason there wasn't a reason why she wasn't paying like it wasn't our fault

01:26that she wasn't paying. At the end of the day it's always the landlord's fault no matter how hard the

01:31tenant is. Seems like she massively regrets damaging the landlord's property now. I had a look in every

01:37single drawer and cupboard and oh look at the fill. Moving on into the back hall slash utility area

01:43this area was actually full to the ceiling with bin bags full of rubbish hence all of the mold

01:49and just crap all over the floor. So all in all not only did she not pay rent for a good few months

01:56she is also caused a lot of damage which she'll need to pay to fix. I think it's a few thousand

02:03pounds total and also time wasted that we can't have tenants in while it's getting cleaned.

02:08If you thought downstairs was filthy just wait until you see upstairs. Starting off strong we've

02:14got this really moldy disgusting window which was pretty hideous. Now there you can see the cracked

02:19bath tiles from where she was overflowing the bath so obviously she has never cleaned um it was just

02:25disgusting in there we didn't touch anything upstairs downstairs anywhere in the house without gloves on.

02:31This cabinet will also have to come out because it's again water damaged look at the rust on there

02:36and it's all just swollen. Moving on to the next bedroom. Stained carpet yay and wax on the walls

02:42brilliant. Now the next room is a trigger warning because it is absolutely vile. I will actually do

02:47my best to cover up what you're about to see in the cupboard. Again we've got stained carpets drawn on

02:52walls um and of course the smell. You're not ready for what's in the cupboard. Oh I did warn you.
