00:00I think she's an evil woman. I'm glad she's retiring. I think she did the country a great
00:05service by retiring. I think she was a tremendous liability for the country. I thought she was an
00:12evil woman who did a poor job, who cost the country a lot in damages and in reputation.
00:19I thought she was terrible. Hopefully it'll be the Pelosi Act. She'll be the opportunity to
00:25finally ban stock trading by members of Congress. Nobody anymore, I think, than her. I could be
00:29wrong. A lot of people have made a lot of money. That's what you'll remember her for? Well, if we
00:33can get the law passed, I think that would be a great achievement for the American people. I mean,
00:37truly a history-making speaker, but also a very, very effective one at a challenging time, and the
00:44body will miss her. Thank you, sir. Age should be measured by ideas and energy. Nancy Pelosi has
00:50both. She's chosen to retire. Nobody's compelled her to do it. She's contributed enormously to
00:57America, and I think she'll continue to contribute in whatever new role she has.
01:05Thank you, sir. Thank you so much, sir. I think she's been a national leader for decades,
01:10and so as folks in the House and the Senate announce their retirements, there's going to
01:15be a new and younger generation of leaders here going forward. In many ways, that's a good
01:19thing. Speaker Pelosi has been one of the most talented legislative leaders I've ever known.
01:24Thank you. Thank you, sir. Nancy D'Alessandro Pelosi will go down in history as the greatest speaker
01:31of all time. Her tenure has been iconic, legendary, historic, and transformational. The incredible
01:44pieces of legislation that she has moved into law through her brilliance, her wisdom, and her
01:54incredible grasp of how to get things done for the American people is too numerous to list right
02:03now, but it includes the Affordable Care Act, the American Rescue Plan, the PACT Act to provide
02:11health care to our veterans, the Chips and Science Act that has brought domestic manufacturing jobs back
02:19to the United States of America, and of course, the Inflation Reduction Act, which included the largest
02:25investment in combating the climate crisis in the history of the world. As a result of Nancy Pelosi's historic
02:34tenure, the nation is better off today than the one she found upon her arrival in 1987.
