00:05and I think that's an important element of succeeding in Australia

00:09is embracing that challenge and embracing the culture down there

00:13and immersing yourself in touring what is an amazing country

00:16I think you can't get away from the fact that Australia is a fantastic place to go and travel

00:21and you want to in and around cricket be able to give yourself perspective

00:26and a broader view of things

00:28because I think that helps you concentrate better when you get to critical moments of the tour

00:32so yeah I think certainly embracing the challenge and embracing that side of things

00:38is something that again makes it not as daunting

00:40if you're aware of it and you can accept it's there

00:43and you can laugh at it or you can engage with it in a way that's not confrontational

00:48I think that's a good place for England to start
