00:00so over here you can see that i have this table data right here and let's say i want to make sure

00:10that this prints out in a single piece in that case what you can actually do is set out print

00:17area as you like in excel so as i select this you can actually go around over here on to

00:23base layout right here and then you can go to print area and then click on set print

00:28area right here just like this and this now has been set into print area you can even go ahead and

00:34add in print titles right here just like this and then you can go ahead and add in the rows that you

00:40want to repeat on the top as well let's say for example i'm going to go ahead and say i want to

00:45repeat out this row then i can go ahead and then select this out if i want the left my row to be

00:51repeated i can do that as well let me just go around and press ok and then i'm going to go ahead

00:57and let's say for example copy and paste these uh data out right here so that it goes multi-paste now

01:04so let's just go ahead right here and select out all of these and resize this out right here

01:09uh just like this so let's just go ahead and select all of these resize this out and this is what you

01:14have so now if i were to go around over here onto file and then on to print you can see that this is

01:21what you see right here you see like only this area this uh data is being printed now but i can

01:27actually go around over here and select out all right here just like this and then go around onto

01:32print area set it out as print area so now if i were to go around onto print you see the other

01:39details as well i can go ahead and then go on to next space and since we set the first row right here

01:46as the title uh repetition uh right here as we need you can see that the title repeats in all of the

01:54pages now and that is how you can go ahead and set the print area and set the titles in excel as needed
