In this video, I share a beautiful sighting of a juvenile White Wagtail (Motacilla alba) that I found in Kumrat Valley, Pakistan, in July 2025. The young bird has soft grey feathers, a gentle pale face, and a signature long tail that wagtails are known for. White Wagtails are common around rivers, meadows, and open fields, and they are often seen catching insects on the ground.
Kumrat Valley is one of Pakistan’s most stunning natural destinations, filled with lush greenery, flowing streams, and diverse birdlife. Watching this young wagtail in its natural habitat was a peaceful and delightful moment. If you enjoy nature, birds, and travel, this video is for you!
