Need to add a label or caption to a picture in Microsoft Word, but you're worried about messing up your professional formatting? Stop just typing text below the image and dragging it around! In this video, I will show you the correct, official way to use the "Insert Caption" feature.

Using this method, Word locks the text label and the picture together. If you move the image, the label goes with it, saving you hours of frustration.

What you will learn:

How to access the 'Insert Caption' tool.

How to create custom labels (e.g., 'Image,' 'Photo,' or even specialized terms like the specific species in your photo).

How to make sure your label always stays glued to the picture, even on different pages.

Perfect for academic papers, assignments, and business reports. If this video helps you, don't forget to like, subscribe, and hit that notification bell for more Microsoft Office efficiency tips!
