The Philippines is bracing for another storm while still reeling from the onslaught of Typhoon Kalmaegi, which killed over 100 people and left a massive wake of destruction. While the typhoon is now heading toward Vietnam, tropical storm Fung-Wong is forming east of the Philippines and may also impact Taiwan by next week.
