Gaza is set to face another harsh winter, with nearly all of its 2.3 million residents still living in tents and humanitarian agencies reporting a lack of aid reaching the Strip.

00:04with nearly all of its 2.3 million residents still living in tents.
00:09Military agencies say far too little aid is reaching this trip,
00:13nearly four weeks after the ceasefire took effect.
00:17According to the World Food Programme,
00:19only half of the required food supplies have been entering the enclave,
00:23where famine was confirmed in August.
00:26Israel says it is fulfilling its obligations under the truce,
00:29which calls for an average of 600 trucks of supplies to enter Gaza each day.
00:34It continues to blame Hamas for any food shortages,
00:37accusing them of stealing aid before it is distributed,
00:41the claim the group denies.
00:43Gaza's local administration, meanwhile,
00:44said only 145 trucks a day have been delivering supplies,
00:49with many failing to reach their destinations due to Israeli restrictions.
00:53The UN Humanitarian Affairs Agency reported that there is a continuing lack of fuel
00:57is also hampering nutrition efforts,
01:00with more than 60% of Gazans now cooking using burning waste,
01:04posing serious health risks.
