Polestar, the Swedish electric performance brand, will be the first automaker to integrate Google Maps' new Live Lane Guidance into the driver display of one of its vehicles. This innovation for vehicles with the integrated Google system will help drivers easily stay oriented, even on complex highways and in heavy rush-hour traffic.

Google Maps Live Lane Guidance perfectly complements Polestar's driver-centric UX strategy and delivers a new navigation experience directly on the 10.2-inch driver display in the Polestar 4. Using Google's advanced in-vehicle AI, the feature determines the car's lane position by analyzing road elements such as lane markings and traffic signs, captured by one of the Polestar 4's forward-facing cameras.
