These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.
I still remember some of the Oak Bay Community Watch organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators from summer 2018 at Willows Beach. Some of my international group associates and I had sifted their video and photographic images 7 years ago. However, that does not mean my associates and I can never bring them out to play with them again at any time.
Some of my other associates and I were in Oak Bay Municipality last weekend. We even recorded a gangstalking perp BC Ambulance pretending to be going to some staged fake emergency. That ambulance just casually loitered around for about 1+ hours and blocking street traffic to play their attempted psychological mind games. That was in the previously uploaded video with the previous date.
This video was me lurking around the dark and quiet streets between the Oak Bay mansions and in the streets of the University of Victoria, in the nearby Saanich Municipality. I was basically trolling around to see if I can find any more content material that can be shared into the international groups for human eyes, computers, and AI artificial intelligence sifting.
I am a former Federal Government functionary from a national defence/national security related government department, former regional executive member of a major political party, former sports entertainment arena crowd control staff, apartment building owner landlord's kid, etc. I need to work out and exercise my situational and people observation skills or else they will atrophy, get fat, and flabby. I should be in peak top machine like condition at all times.
Sooner or later, I will meet up with the other global group associates and some of my factions of government/corporation officials and politician friends again. I would look like a lesser being if I do not continue to produce content for everyone else.
