00:29and Mariana Zubel de Ayala, chair and president of Ayala Landmalls, Inc.
00:35Forbes Asia notes Aragon Gobyo is the first non-Gokongwei family member to head the firm founded by the late John Gokongwei.
00:42She succeeded the patriarch's only son, Lance Gokongwei, as head of RLC.
00:48Zubel de Ayala, meantime, is the daughter of Ayala Corporation chairman Jaime Augusto Zubel de Ayala.
00:54Forbes Asia says she is, quote, an eight-generation heiress, shaping the future of the legacy Philippine company.
