Bear cubs struggle with concrete barrier while rangers ensure their safe crossing

"My friend and I were on our way to go hiking," the filmer, Ashley, told WooGlobe. "We had to stop because a ranger was holding up traffic. Why? The bears were crossing the road, but the cubs couldn’t get over the concrete barrier. The rangers were there to make sure they got away safely."
