Protective mother bear fends off pesky male bear to safeguard her cubs

It's literally fascinating how vicious a Mama bear can get when it comes to protecting her cubs, no matter how big or strong her foe is.

In this captivating footage, Dave captures a fearless mother bear taking on a much larger male bear, whom she believed was threatening her cubs.

The protective mother successfully drives away the intruder and then turns her attention to finding the second cub, which had wandered into the bushes out of fear.
