00:25Ang palasyo ng Malacanang, ipinagutos na raw sa DICT na maghanda para rito.

00:29The President directed DICT and all cyber teams in government

00:33to be vigilant and prepare for the November 5 possible DDoS attacks.

00:38DICT has activated Oplan Cyber Dome to ensure that all digital services of the government

00:43as well as privately operated critical information infrastructure

00:46such as banks, telcos, hospitals, etc.

00:49are also protected and ready to respond to any DDoS attacks.

01:22Ang Distributed Denial of Service o DDoS kung saan pababagali nila ang website na kanilang target

01:27hanggang sa halos hindi na ito magamit.

01:29Baka kung nagtatry sila mag-login, for example, mag-a-apply ng loan,

01:33mag-a-apply ng various certifications, tapos hindi sila maka-access.

01:37Ito yung tinatawag natin DDoS.

01:38Bagamat isang uri lang ng protesta ang 5th day of November,

01:41baka daw samantalin ito ng mga kriminal para magsagawa ng cybercrime,
