02:33Para dapat ito sa isang riverbank protection structure sa bagong silang, Plaridel, Bulacan na nagkakahalaga ng 72.3 million pesos.
02:42Pero sa investigasyon ng Commission on Audit Ocoa ay hindi naitayo sa sinaming lokasyon ng nasabing proyekto.
02:47Pero may certificate of completion nito noong May 2025 lamang at nabayaran nito.
