00:34Dito ay tinuro umano nila si Pati Dongan at kanyang mga kapatid bilang nasa likod ng pagdukot sa mga sabongero.
00:42Pero wala umano ang mga affidavit sa case folder ng Department of Justice.
00:47Sabi naman ang CIDG, may natanggap na nga silang mga prepared affidavit pero hindi umano dumaan sa proseso ang mga ito kaya hindi sila isinumite sa DOJ.
00:58Punto naman ni DOJ spokesperson Mico Clavano, kahit matanggap nito ang mga affidavit ay hindi sila bibigyan ng timbang dahil gawa ang mga yun ng defense team sa kaso.
